I'm only one patient, but I can tell Dr. Corona genuinely emphasizes and listens to each patient with their individual needs and life circumstances. If you need someone to listen, this doctor is it. His office manager Leslie has been there for 2 years now, and she goes above and beyond to keep the office competent and running smoothly, and always calls back the same day. Not only is her work ethic amazing, but she is also sweet and understanding. As a professional in the pharmacy industry, I know how corrupt the medical field is. I was a parent at the Melbourne, FL office of Rossignol Medical Center for approximately ten years…read more What began as supportive care ultimately devolved into unprofessional, unethical, and emotionally unsafe conditions. The office manager, Kelly, oversees the Melbourne office and has since been promoted to manage all locations. She has no prior personal or professional experience working with special needs patients outside of Rossignol Medical Center, yet holds significant authority over staff and patient care. Kelly also routinely hires friends, and several staff, including her cousin Katie who served as scheduler, appeared to have personal relationships with her, raising concerns about oversight, accountability, and potential conflicts of interest. During my child's care, I was repeatedly subjected to flirtatious and inappropriate behavior by Dr. Rossignol that crossed clear professional boundaries. His comments, gestures, and demeanor made me feel targeted and unsafe in what should have been a professional medical environment. This behavior was persistent, not isolated. I observed that this attention appeared to trigger increased hostility from the office manager, which escalated over time. The office displayed prominent religious messaging throughout, which felt deeply at odds with my experience. The office manager publicly posted on Dr. Rossignol's Facebook page, praising him as a "best boss" and a "God-fearing, humble man," which sharply contrasted with the unprofessional and antagonistic behavior I experienced in the office, and appeared to be a guise for poor behavior. After I reported the office manager's behavior to Dr. Rossignol, he became openly defensive, and the hostility in the office escalated. Rather than protecting patients or enforcing professional standards, the office manager responded with hostility toward me. Her conduct was openly antagonistic, competitive, and retaliatory. She made taunting remarks in front of staff, glared constantly, refused basic courtesy even in front of my spouse, and frequently positioned herself inappropriately close to Dr. Rossignol. On one occasion, she made a competitive remark to a nurse referencing Dr. Rossignol's attention toward me, reinforcing that her actions were motivated by rivalry. Her behavior appeared driven by jealousy toward female parents of patients, rather than any effort to maintain ethical boundaries or patient safety. When I raised concerns to Dr. Rossignol, he became openly defensive and hostile toward me, and there was no accountability for the office manager's behavior. Appointment coordination and long-standing support abruptly stopped without explanation. For years, the scheduler, Kelly's cousin Katie, had maintained our appointments on Dr. Rossignol's schedule via the patient portal, routinely reaching out to me. After I reported my concerns, the receptionist, Rosa, who had previously been warm and welcoming, appeared influenced by Kelly's attitude and told me that if I wanted further appointments, I should contact her directly, effectively disrupting the continuity of care we had relied on for years. Despite these issues, the office manager was later promoted to oversee all of Dr. Rossignol's locations, sending a clear message that this conduct was tolerated and rewarded. Medical care also suffered. There were significant delays (approximately 2 years) in obtaining a neurology referral during a time my child was having active seizures. Once referred to the in-house neurologist, Dr. Frye, seizure medications were prescribed at doses far exceeding standard recommendations. Hospital records later confirmed "toxic blood levels" of seizure medication. A hospital neurologist described one dose as nearly double the typical upper limit and "highly irresponsible", placing my child at risk of serious harm. My child experienced symptoms consistent with medication toxicity. While clinical seizures were eventually addressed, ongoing risks and subclinical seizure activity remained a concern. Families seeking care for children with complex medical needs deserve professionalism, ethical boundaries, and accountability. In my experience, Rossignol Medical Center failed in all three, despite being a self-pay practice requiring a significant emotional and financial investment.

He is knowledgeable making it easier for the parents of any child of special needs to understand the scientific pieces of it. I can acknowledge that yet at the same time do not find him to be any form of personable nor friendly. Clearly, I know that I am not there to befriend him. However, I usually find it much more appealing to work with a staff who are empathetic and kind. The girl working at the desk did have a bit of an attitude. To me, the bedside manner could use some improvement. Apart from that, everything else is good here.

By morning, walking had become quite difficult and uncomfortable. In my distress, I called Pacific Foot and Ankle Center. Loren answered with genuine kindness and urgency. Even though Dr. Petersen already had three patients scheduled, she kindly asked if I could come in within 20 minutes. I was so grateful they were able to accommodate me on such short notice. After a brief wait, Dr. Petersen thoroughly assessed my condition with calm expertise. He ordered X-rays and administered a cortisone injection right away. The relief was impressive, I felt about 20% better almost immediately, and within six hours the pain had decreased by roughly 85%. I was finally able to walk much more comfortably again. Dr. Petersen is a skilled and compassionate specialist who clearly prioritizes his patients. His attitude was essentially: "You're in pain? That's too bad!" That's not medical care--that's arrogance. And shocking for a Dr that manages pain to just ignore everything you say, ignore mri results showing the severity of my injury, inability to function normally because of the pain.. to just kick you to the curb. This doctor would rather let a patient suffer than spend even a few minutes doing his job. If you're expecting compassion, problem-solving, or even basic professionalism, save your money and go somewhere else. You will not be heard here.
