Outstanding Family-Friendly Care and Incredible Service!…read moreThey truly go above and beyond when it comes to providing dental care. Their flexible and convenient hours make it easy to fit appointments into a busy schedule -- something every parent can appreciate. Recently, I had a dental emergency, and within less than 24 hours, they got me in for an early 7:00 AM appointment to assess the situation. Not only did they assess the situation and quickly identify the problem, but they also came up with an immediate solution which they offered to do right then and there-- replacing a crown on my tooth. SAME DAY! What really impressed me was how thoughtful and accommodating the entire staff was. They kept my 6- and 7-year-olds entertained the whole time, which made the visit stress-free for everyone. On top of that, they went the extra mile handling my insurance and coordinating with my previous dentist to make sure I got the best possible price. Despite my, perceived, emergency and the extra steps involved, they had everything done in time for us to make it to school and work on time at 8:00 am. That level of care, efficiency, and genuine kindness is truly appreciated. If you're looking for a family dental office that genuinely cares about your time, comfort, and budget, I highly recommend Mid-Valley Dental!

Its bad practice to bill a year later and demand money on the spot. Lisa is a very rude person and was unwilling to help. She also calls 3-4 times in a row like an immature kid. A few days later it was sent to collections. Overall a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

I had negative experiences with Dr Baumgartmer / Shoreview Dental in Keizer. I had been a regular…read moreclient for seven years and things eventually turned sour. They charged me two $50 missed appointment fees the week my 92 year old dad got sepais and we had to take him into the ICU. Mom died half a year earlier and I thought I was going to lose my Dad too (it was a difficult year). Other times there were "miscommunications" about expected charges (besides regular cleanings and fillings I've needed a few crowns and a root canal). I'd recommend ALWAYS getting a written estimate and holding on to it. Last summer a filling came out while I was out of state. I left a question on the office voicemail after-hours. I woke up the next day to find they had scheduled me for an appointment without speaking to me and they were unhappy I didn't make an appointment that I never made. They also were always leaving messages at the last minute asking me to come in earlier or later. As a caregiver who also works for the State it's really difficult to get away or change my schedule at last minute. I found out from my new dentist they also sent a snarky note along with my records. I found them really difficult to work with. I recommend trying other places first.
