I contacted them about the warranty that I was sold on when purchasing the frames. This is why I purchsed from them as I could've purchased 5 frames for the cost of one of theirs. On my initial call, I was told that I can't use super glue and to use tape and a paperclip? Fine, temporary repair is a joke but whatever. While out for a walk the temporary repair failed and I lost half of the glasses. I don't get to Keene frequently so when I called to check in I was told that they wouldn't replace them due to lost parts. The warrantly was not clearly explained. Apparently there is a warranty card that was provided but these details should've been gone over in person. Now I have no glasses and have to find a replacement pair ASAP. I will never use them again and I will make sure that everyone who asks knows how deceptive and shady they are.

Either the previous reviewer and I have pretty different tastes or they've really changed their selections, but I have found a good selection of frames! Really. Most recently we had to call because we were experiencing some eye issues of uncertain origin. The staff carefully listened to us and ultimately arranged for a speedy appointment with Dr. Jaeger. At a time when many of us have difficulties getting in to see our doctors on an urgent basis, this office is different -- and honestly, quite exceptional. We had another good examination, our problem resolved, and we could not be more grateful and eager to spread the word to others in search of the highest quality ophthalmologic care.

Okay, so an update to my review. I went for my (ahem) yearly check up a few weeks ago, and as…read moreusual, the staff were all very nice and helpful. The oral hygienist took my x-rays and did the cleaning, as usual. But then she said, "Let me see if the doctor has time to see you today." Huh? And apparently he didn't. I was told that she thought my teeth were fine, but he'd look over the x-rays and give me a call if he needed to. Um. Okay. I'm not knocking the oral hygienist's skill or experience, but I made an appointment to see a dentist and I paid to see a dentist ... and I did not see said dentist. How can he be "too busy" to see a patient on the day the patient's scheduled? It's as if I went to the eye doctor and was told by the tech that my vision was still really good with my current glasses, so the optometrist wouldn't need to see me that day. It felt very weird.

After meeting the practice lead physician briefly, his respectful approach and interaction was much appreciated. Had I known his demeanor- I would have been in for an appointment 18 months prior, when he first began. I am sad I did not recall his name. I was fit in after being placed on a cancellation list. I appreciated that Olivia asked this physician into the room to double check an area on my face that was questionable for skin cancer. I was comfortable with their explanation and appreciated the education provided to make an informed decision to go ahead with the biopsy. The office is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful and greeted me upon arrival. The entire experience was nothing less than positive. Free parking across the street was a real plus! I question the other review listed from 5 years ago- from a person who evaluated this practice residing in California??- that seems like quite the distance, however, I would recommend another visit with this new team of professionals who deliver exceptional patient care.
