Had pedicure done and it was started by someone and finished by someone else. Took over 30 minutes for someone to even start the pedicure after having me put my feet in the spa water, which by that time turned cold. Place could use new equipment. Excess polish was not cleaned off my toes and shaping of nails was terrible. Still rough around the edges. One of the stylists kept walking by giving me dirty looks. Brand new inside with very nice amenities like the massage spa chairs. The place is extremely clean and all the tools were sanitized. I've been there twice already and have been happy with the services both times. They even offer a punch card to get discounts off future services. They also have discounts during the week, so I will be taking advantage of some of those as well. I haven't had any other service except for manicures and pedicures but they offer other services like waxing as well. read more

rushed job, didn't clean or cut nails and then filed after polish was on.

I went to Ambience Nails and paid $65 for the full spa package which includes a nail polish of my choice. When I chose a white nail polish for only the tips of my nails I later found out that they charged me $5 per finger for "acrylic nails" even though it was only white nail polish and it was included in the package. When explaining that it was not acrylic or any added tips they were completely dismissive and very rude and almost doing anything they could to scam me out of $50 to only paint HALF of my nails with BASIC nail polish. This experience left a really bad taste in my mouth and I would highly recommend being careful of what they try and scam you for. Completely ridiculous on their end and they need to be more up front with what they are charging for though out your experience there.
