First off, I love that she can do these via Zoom - (especially now since quarantine). She also records the session and sends it to you after, which is great because although I like to take notes it's super fun to look back and see a few months after how things have progressed since the reading! She came prepared already with my chart (gave her my birth info upon booking) - I know a little bit about astrology to begin with but she really does take the time to explain all of the placements, what the houses meant, etc. She also used fun examples to compare things - such as your sun, moon and rising to an Avocado (skin, meat and pit) to make it more digestible (no pun intended!) In addition to fully explaining who you are based on your chart, she will tell you what's going on currently in your life and what's to come - she will also go further into detail about questions or areas of your life - for me I asked about love and work. She gives great advice based on the reading and makes you feel totally comfortable throughout - I feel like I could talk her for hours and hours about astrology! I actually plan to see her monthly as I feel like it helps with clarity and making sure you're aware when things are transitioning and how to prepare and optimize for them. Next time we are planning on pulling someone I am having relationship difficulties with to understand where these differences are coming from and how to approach the relationship based on our charts. Super excited for that! I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that Natalie knows her stuff and she makes it super fun and enjoyable. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this business was so unnecessarily rude I just had to yelp…read moreit. Pam's services came highly recommended from a friend. So I decided to call and make an appointment for a numerology reading. I've never had numerology done, and was excited to have received a referral for a legit reader. When I called, I was connected to her voice mail where she mentioned that she would return my call within one business day. I received a text two days later asking "how long of reading I wanted with Pam". I replied asking what she would suggest. She said 45 minutes, and then asked for my credit card number (over text), to secure the appointment. This was really bizarre because I don't think it's normal business practice to expect people to text their credit card info to an unfamiliar number! So I responded that I was uncomfortable with that, and that I would call her with the info. When I called, the assistant who answered the phone seemed annoyed at having to talk with me. But she took my cc info, and then indicated that I had an appointment at 3:45pm. When I hung up the phone I realized that i needed to know the type of information (birthdays, dates, times) I needed in order to get a good numerology reading. So I called back almost immediately, and the assistant would not pick up the phone even though I had JUST talked with her. I decided that maybe I should just text her instead. I asked her what times/dates I needed via text, and she texted back immediately "perhaps birthdays". I was not satisfied with a "perhaps" answer since j was going to be paying over $100 for a 45 minute reading. So I asked her to have Pam call me so I could ask her what info I needed for a first time numerology reading. The assistants response was: "Pam does not have time for that". (See picture below) I was really disappointed! I've heard great things about Pam, but was appalled by the customer service! I thought surely, Pam does not know how rude her assistant is. So I decided to write her a letter with pictures of the super rude text correspondence included, and hope that she resolved the situation before my appointment. Wrong-- Two months later I received a text that stated: Confirming your 3pm appointment. When I told her that my appointment was originally schedule at 3:45, she replied, "no 3pm". At that point I sent her a picture of her text that said 3:45. Her response was: "Ok mistakes happen", and kept the appt at 3pm and then she gave me the address. At this point I requested to cancel. In her reply, she basically said that it was fine because there were other clients who would take my place, and then referred to her scheduling flaw as a "slight confusion". I seriously was not asking for too much. I just wanted to know what info I needed to bring her. It would've been no more than a 5 minute conversation. The complete resistance I encountered with the assistant was bizarre and made me feel uneasy about working with Pam. According to Pam's assistant, Pam doesn't have time for her clients or client concerns. What a shame.
