The fitting was done right away after we got the molding done some weeks ago. However our dentist was ver unfriendly. He only told me about the precautions of the invisaligns and not my son. So my son had no idea about some things such as the tenderness and tight pain in his gums and teeth in morning. Severe pain because he was in tears. I think he should have clued both of us in. I had to tell him that he had to take em off for eating and then on right after cleaning due to the 22 hours requirement of wearing. I think the person doing invisaligns should know this. So if you guys plan to go here for braces make sure to ask or else maybe he won't tell you. Otherwise great facility.

I just saw the bill, they billed an emergency exam (this is done if you go in with a tooth ache) and did a scaling and root planing, wich is a type of perio surgery/procedure. It should have been a new patient exam. Possible a debriment since it had been 5 years and see how the patient responds. I was in the dental managment industry for over 25 years, and this kind of crap is why I left. Not to mention there was no fee/copay disclosure before starting treatment. I will be putting in a formal complaint with Delta Dental. I did call and was told they did everything correct.

They wouldn't sedate her... and she was screaming the entire time. I was in the room and I watched them inject her with several needles that she clearly felt. Followed by very aggressive drilling, and opening her mouth with clamps. She told them it was pinching her lip and they disregarded her... Her face is still healing after a week. They had five staff in there holding her down, and she was crying so hard that it was obvious her nose was stuffed, so she couldn't even breathe in the nutritious. They did two crowns and 4 fillings in one very aggressive visit. And one of the crowns is dug into her gums and cut. At one point I stopped the procedure and told them enough... At which point the dentist told me we cannot stop the procedure because then she will think she can stop anytime! They tortured her and now she is rightfully afraid of the dentist. Find another dentist. There's no reason she had to go thru that. I will never go back there and never recommend them.

I've always struggled with severe anxiety at the dentist and have bounced from office to office in search of the 'unicorn' dentist -- and I finally found him: Dr. Young. There's something about his calm, reassuring presence that immediately puts you at ease. Even more impressive, the procedures are completely painless -- I didn't even feel the Novocaine injection. I recently had a root canal done, and it was genuinely pain-free. Dr. Young walks you through every step, takes the time to educate you, and whenever possible, offers multiple treatment options. I need to fill a missing tooth and always said I would never get an implant because the process seemed so painful and intense -- but now, I'm actually considering it, simply because I trust Dr. Young that much. I literally had to tell one to please hurry up because she was moving so slow. The desk staff is nice, but took a while to learn my name. They NEVER take you early, and usually run at least 5 minutes (I've sat there up to 15 at times) behind schedule. It's not a common occurrence, but it happens enough that I had to mention it. Office is clean and in good working order, overall a great experience. Typical dentist office hours, so plan to leave work a little early to make your appointment on time. Honestly, from reception to hygienists/assistants, to the Dentists themselves. They are all caring, friendly, and great at their jobs. The office is always clean and comfortable, plus the rooms have nice murals or tvs to look at while they clean your teeth. We started as patients of Dr. Caris, who was absolutely phenomenal, but he has recently retired and passed the torch onto Dr. Buhay. We finally got the chance to meet him recently, and he too was fantastic! I have two young girls (they are 8 and 6), and they were a bit nervous to see a new dentist. He introduced himself to them as Dr. B, and he was incredibly kind and patient with them which really put them at ease. It was a great relief to us. Unfortunately they each ended up needed a filling, and they were able to schedule us in within a week to have them filled. When we brought them back, Dr. B (or Dr. Beautiful as my daughters have deemed him lol), and his team, were able to explain everything to them so that they were comfortable with the procedure. Both girls left with huge smiles on their faces. Honestly, my kids were smiling walking out of the room immediately after getting a cavity filled. If that doesn't speak volumes in itself about what a great place Farmbrook Family Dentistry is, then I don't know what else could. I genuinely feel like my family is in good hands with this office.
