Since the Amazon take-over, many experienced providers have left for greener pastures and who remains or gets hired today if often full of good intentions but extremely green and under-qualified. The new AI implantation without follow through is insult to injury. I am trying to find alternatives but it is difficult which is why I am still here for the "not as horrible as the other evils" solution. Still sad, One Medical used to be truly awesome.

I didn't quite understand what was happening. Dyesha greeted me with an apology and a very warm and gracious smile. I casually asked her why she was running late since she had apologized and she disclosed that it was her first break of the day. That morning she had single-handedly seen 43 patients. Apparently, her co-worker called in so it was only her in the office. On top of her kind disposition, she's really good at her job. I barely felt the poke! Daisha is a great example of how all people in the medical world should be when timing issues arise. I appreciated her explanation and her helpful, kind nature. What a hard worker!

Dr. Amber, in particular, has helped me tremendously over the years with everything from mundane health issues to much more complicated long-term concerns. She is a great listener, always compassionate, and eager to help. When I dealt with complex diagnoses that require excessive follow-ups, she was right there with me every step of the way. While I agree it can be hard to get responses by phone, I find them incredibly accessible by email - this is more relevant to existing patients but worth noting. It may be hard to get in initially, but it seems like that is the new normal at every medical establishment recently and not unique to this office. I encourage folks to give them a chance and also to consider how incredibly difficult staffing has been for the last 3 years in general. During several visits recently, they have been understaffed - and not on purpose. Despite that, the staff works really hard and is always helpful. And Dr. Amber never acts rushed or impatient. It is truly a great practice, and I highly, highly recommend it.

I've seen…read morechiropractors before, and sometimes it's great, but sometimes it doesn't really do much for me. So I went in open to something new but a little skeptical of how much benefit I would actually get from it, especially on the first session. I had been having forearm pain, suspecting tennis elbow from repetitive motions at work, and it had gotten really bad, even after resting from my normal activities. I was having sharp pain (about a 6-7 out of 10) when using my hands about 80% of the time, with the worst pain coming from simple things like grabbing a jar or holding a coffee mug. Anna took her time going over my medical history and asking questions about the type of pain I was having, and then she started working to address the problem with manual manipulation of my joints and muscles. The manipulations were very gentle and felt specific to my problem. Throughout the process she explained what she was doing, and made recommendations for ways to alleviate and prevent symptoms moving forward. Immediately after the appointment, I had a dramatic reduction in severity (2/10) and frequency of pain (20% of the time), which has continued to hold up even after returning to normal activity levels. I really appreciated that Anna was *not* focused on selling me a treatment package. It really felt like her focus was to help me feel better right away and build a relationship more like I have with my primary care physician, where she'll be there if I need it, but the goal is not to need treatment all the time!
