I did a couples photoshoot with my partner here at Heritage Portraits. It was our first time doing something like this and the team over at Heritage made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We were taken care of by the team from the moment we entered the studio and offered snacks + drinks. They also steamed our shirts that had became wrinkled. We brought 3 outfits as advised, and took different types of photos with them. Dean, our portrait photographer, was a delight to work with. He was friendly, understanding and extremely skilled. Having 27 years of experience in field, he knew how to guide us into different poses and the photos turned out amazing. Last but certainly not least, Andrea, who worked with us the image selection process was a star. Despite staying back late on a Sunday night due to a previous customer arriving late that pushed our schedules back, he did not complain and still aimed to do his job as best as he can for the customer regardless of the time it took him. Furthermore, he was very apologetic to us and great at helping us choose the images we wanted by giving his honest opinions and feedback to us. We were most impressed by his work ethic, communication skills and above all, kindness. Overall - we enjoyed our experience here and the staff were incredible. My wife and I came in for a newborn shoot, the staff were so warm and welcoming. The imagery they created and how they made us feel really showed in the end product. We purchases a digital package with a wall art to begin out family portrait plans. It is much worth the effort to organise a shoot. I really do recommend it to young families read more
