One of the most memorable meals of my life. From the incredible meats to the breads to the decadent spicy pear marmalade (all part of the starter). The wines were incredible, service was impeccable, and the food was extraordinary and amazing. First time for eating pigeon and it was so good. The duck was a masterpiece especially with the amaretto cherry sauce on it (plus the potatoes). The pumpkin ravioli was like candy, truly amazing. And the deserts, wow. No words besides wow.
The two brothers made sure we were well taken care of and the entire staff was exceptional. The decor was great as well.
I can tell you this, there are a handful of meals that I truly remember ever detail as they were that amazing. One was the now closed Le Gourmand in Seattle, Escargot in London, and now Ambasciata in Mantua.
