However the wait was less than half an hour and staff would pop out to check on party sizes and whenever a table was available. Inside was compact with two rows of wooden tables, rows of beer steins and a nautical decor. Service was fairly quick after placing my order. The pork tenderloins came with about six pieces and smothered in a creamy mushroom sauce. The pork was tender and seasoned well. Roasted potatoes was lightly salted. The fresh side salad was a refreshing balance to my overall heavy meal. The Placki Ziemniaczane (potato pancakes) was fried and very crunchy. The flavors wasn't purely potato as there was something else mixed in but couldn't quite identify it. I actually preferred swirling each forkful in the mushroom sauce from my entree versus the sour cream. It was slightly more than other similar restaurants but quality, portion size and taste was worth it.

WOW! So cool and so entertaining. Was not expecting that. Old world white gloved and Black & White suited waiters WOW so impressive. They cleared our plates and replaced with fresh dishes after every course, swept crumbs off the table and silverware replaced with every course and with the correct silverware for next course. Classy and correct etiquette. Chef provided us a complimentary amuse bouche. Soup poured tableside (another AHMAZING display of service).
