I was able to get a same day appt. which was awesome. The girls at the front desk were very nice. The girl who did my lashes did not talk much and did not really discuss with me what I was looking for. I ended up leaving un impressed. The lashes were thin and had no fullness to them. These were the "basic" classic lashes that are included in their monthly subscription program. I was informed that to get the volume and fullness I wanted I would have to pay for an upgrade. This was after my appt was over. I was sent a survey that night and I truthfully answered. The next day I was called by a very nice person and asked to come back to get my lashes done to my satisfaction. They made me a same day appt, this tech was more informative and I left very pleased with my lashes this time. Their follow up was impressive. I want to say the major pros are same day or quick appts and if your ok with basic classic lashes then the monthly subscription is a great deal. Also the customer service is pretty good. The cons would be that if you like fuller lashes then having to upgrade is $$ and adds up to what most locations are charging in the area so not so much of a good deal. There are small individual rooms which is nice but they are very sterile and cold. So for what you pay a individual with their own cozy cute studio you will pay here for the minimum. read more

I want to start off by saying the ONLY reason I LOVED this studio is because of Master Stylist Camile! She is the absolute best there. However, I just canceled my membership because their policy continuously changes without notice and it is extremely unfair. I have been a member here since about 2019, back then I was able to have my membership, and if I wanted to use 2 credits towards a full set I could and I was happy about that. About 2 months ago I came in for a full set and I know I had 2 credits to use so I asked to use them to which the manager ( not sure what her name is but I know she is blonde ) said that I need 3 credits to use 2 of them. Weird cause I had done this before but okay, the policy is a policy I guess but they never made us aware of that before. So I came in for my full set yesterday with Camile and I had called not even 4 days prior and spoken with one of their sales associates confirming my appointment, that I had 3 credits, AND I made sure to ask if I could use those 2 towards my full set and she said YES! So after my wonderful service, I go to pay since I do 6Ds and a master fee, and the lady at the front desk says that I can't use my 2 credits even tho I have 3. The manager comes from the back and she said no you have to have 4 credits to use 2 of them, she remembered talking to me a couple of months ago about having 3 credits to use 2 due to the system. There was nothing that was offered to me for the inconvenience either. I am not mad at the employees I get they just work there and have to enforce policy but It is extremely unfair to constantly change the credit policy if you aren't even going to make your members aware of it. read more

I made an appointment for a full set of lashes here since my regular gal is not ready to return just yet. My understanding on the phone was the set was going to be 99.00 but when I left two hours later suddenly I owed $180.00! On top of that they wanted me to sign up for their monthly package deal which didn't seem like much of a deal to me! Great experience! I had lashes applied by a cosmetologist not affiliated with Amazing Lash Studio and unfortunately the immediate end result were lash extensions that felt heavy, overly dense, and started to irritate my eyelid to the point of redness and swelling. I called Amazing Lash and explained my situation they were able to get me in the following morning. On the morning of my appointment, I had Ty (hope that's spelled right) as my lash tech for the removal process and she was great! I drive an hour from LA to go see Martine at this place!! She is AMAZING. Martine listens to your lash goals and exactly what you're looking for and makes it happen. I went in to Amazing Lash Studio for my first visit to the Oxnard location in The Collection. They were able to get me in the same day with Rachael, a master technician.. they talked me into becoming a member but the more I thought about it, the more I realized that I could not afford this expense monthly at this time... I heard horrible reviews about this place shortly after that made me even more Leary so I went back to the business after deciding to cancel, thinking it was going to be a nightmare.. but it was exactly the opposite! The manager was on site and I couldn't ask for a more understanding professional. I explained my situation and she helped me right away without hesitation. She was so kind and even went above and beyond to make sure the situation was handled with sincere empathy at once. What a wonderful experience at Amazing Lash Studio. My artist was Paige Kirk (truly an artist) and she was phenomenal! I hardly have lashes and when I walked out I did the giggle dance excited to see myself with lashes! Paige was beyond wonderful.... not just professional and doing such beautiful work but also the patience and tenderness that is necessary to do this job! I loved their service until the Covid shut down. I was diligent and called ahead to cancel my membership since they were closed due to the pandemic. They just kept telling me they had called me and sent me emails that I never received. They said they froze my membership for 2 months. I mailed in my own cancellation letters in December 2020 and January 2021, which went unanswered. I have called and mailed numerous times with no response. Today they took another $79.99 out of my bank account and refuse to refund it. I suggest disputing all charges and making certain to post their lack of professionalism and concern for their customers on all social media so that everyone learns about them and their complete disregard for their customers. Came in for the $69 special and got sold on upgrading to the hybrid volume...$99. Lashes were not full as they were supposed to so I was told I could come in within the next 2 days to fix them so I scheduled. They called me twice to reschedule my existing follow up appointment but I told them I was unable to change it so I would keep my original follow up appointment. On my way, they called and asked if I was planning on coming in because I was 10 minutes late. I reminded them that I did not agree to reschedule, they moved it an hour and a half later anyway. When I came in, they said the appointment was rescheduled for 3 hours later. I was baffled, the girl at the front desk said she spoke to me on the phone and I agreed to reschedule. I never received such call. She even said she had a log of the call and could pull it up, so I asked her to do so. After 10 minutes of waiting for them to pull up the call, a lash tech came out and said she could take me in. As I left, the receptionist said it was a huge misunderstanding and apologized. Asked if I wanted to schedule my next visit and I said no. 2 weeks later, I get a remainder text for an upcoming fill appointment to one I never scheduled. Their scheduling system and front desk staff is the worst. Not to mention they prices are ridiculous. Even with a membership ($79) I still have to pay and extra $25?! Definitely will not be coming back and will not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

On my first visit the staff was great it was my first time getting eyelashes and I didn't know what to expect. Before getting them I was asked to enrolled on a monthly membership and I did, that was my worst mistake. My eyes got super red and irritated specially the right eye and I had to leave to Puerto Vallarta the day after for a wedding. Before leaving to Mexico I send them some pictures and asked them to please cancel my membership because I didn't like the side effects from the glue or who knows what. The redness and eye mucus stay on my eye for over a week and I ended going to the doctor while in Mexico who prescribed an antibiotic ointment Terramycin. as soon as I came back I email them again and they said I had to go in to sign the cancelation form and I did today. The manager told me that my last payment will be charge on July 2 and I asked why if I never got to used the membership? And I don't think is fair that I have to make 3 payments for something that I won't ever use? Her answer was: that's policy and if you want me to waive the last month you need to bring a doctors note. I had a doctors note and prescription in Mexico and who knows where I left it I didn't though they were going to be complicated to this point. This establishment it seem to me is just there for the money. I paid $150 + tip for a volume refill that's so way overpriced. It wasn't even an hour after I left the place when I started to see some lashes falling off. I've had my lashes done for awhile now and it has not disintegrated this fast like how it did with their kind of service. They give you too many choices, and for each upgrade such as duration of service, length of the lashes, volume, style etc, you have to pay more. In the years that I've had my lashes done, I haven't been made to choose that much for the kind of lashes I want. I would usually just describe what I want, then I allow and trust the esthetician to do their magic. My eyelash tech did not consult with me about a specific look I was trying to go for; I basically was going in blind not knowing what to expect. Okay normally I don't leave bad reviews but I'm definitely not sure if I will return to this place. First of all, although no one was specifically rude to me when I first entered, it took a while to be greeted (I came on time too!) and I never felt that first time customer welcome either. Secondly, I came in with a plan to get the classic sexy set and I told the lady at the front as well as my eyelash tech exactly what I wanted and yet I was still asked over and over if I wanted to do the volume lashes. They kept on implying that the classic set isn't good enough and I was just thinking to myself how under pressure I felt to get the volume lashes (which I did end up getting). Additionally, like I said being my first time at this place, I had no idea what size I wanted or what specific volume lashes I wanted and it seem so hard to get info on what anything looked like until the manager actually came in my room with a helpful recommendation. Also, the lady at the front came in the room two separate times to remind my eyelash tech that she only had less than two hours with me and that she was booked for an appointment right after, which I understand, however it felt slightly unprofessional because now I see why one of my eyes still has eyelashes and the other one doesn't (AFTER 6 DAYS)...because she had to rush. I am not one to mess with my eyes and I follow the care instructions very carefully, given i've had eyelash extensions before and the less often you look like you need to get a fill.. the better!! -I am giving two stars instead of one because my eyelash technician was very nice and gentle but my eyelashes just do not look good and it has been less than a week. After paying $165 including tip, I am just beyond disappointed...my eyelashes currently look terrible, the glue is completely visibly because the lashes aren't even connected to the root of my natural lashes, and most importantly, it felt like a complete rip off for the service that I got. I was so excited to try my first actual eyelash studio because I used to get them done at a nail shop but after this, that seems like the better option. I'm not sure how this place is in business. STAY AWAY! I first went with YULISSA. What a rookie, she has no idea what she was doing. She ripped a piece of my eye lid skin from yanking the tape off. She kept putting her sweaty and heavy palms on my head and her breathe smelled like rotten teeth. I was so disgusted. The end result, my lashes had so many gaps and were randomly placed. They look terrible! The receptionist knew I was upset, so she set me up with a "master stylist" MAYRA. I went in, I was so dIsappointed with her customer service. She basically said there isn't anything she could do. She was rude and had the worst vibe. Rosio, the assistant manager. She wasn't much help. They don't give your money back, I paid $180. I was extremely excited to try them out, however I was EXTREMELY disappointed each time. My regular lash tech was unable to get me in, so I tried them out as they had availability. My impression is that the high price is due to the "experience", nevertheless, the quality of their work is terrible at best. I had my membership for about three months, however I had to cancel because my natural lashes ended up ruined, and my follicles were swollen. Regardless which technician I saw, the results were always the same; gumps of glue on my lashes, and they were never full (regardless of paying the extra fee for volumes). The up-selling after each appointment was also extremely uncomfortable. Although the staff in the front are extremely friendly and there is a cute environment, this is probably the worst lash experience I have ever had. read more

Soon as I got in my car I noticed lashes falling off already. 2 days later only had half of the lashes, in 5 days everything was gone. I knew the risk of course but wow, i am so annoyed! I really wanted to like this place (because my lash tech for almost a year now is in Santa Barbara) but my experience was terrible. First I walk in three ladies were sitting, every one offered a beverage but me. That felt very odd. One person walked in after me n was offered a drink n I still wasnt so I had to say something. Onto the lashes. My technician was in a rush because paper work took longer, not my fault coz I was sitting for while before anyone came to give me the papers, so she took it out of my time. She was done in about 40mins, lashes were sparse and by the time I got to cashier, lashes had already flipped inward and were poking my eyes. Some were already coming out! They wouldn't let me go unsatisfied so I went back in and she did a touch up. Still came out and it was flipped into my eyes. Went in the 3rd time (all in one session on my first experience) and came out and the lashes were barely holding onto dear life. This time I just had to say yes, the lashes are ok so they cld lemme go coz I didnt have all day. Few days later everything was falling off and by 2weeks I was lash free. Before the two weeks, 2 follicles had been giving me trouble, finally got inflamed n my eye now has what the Dr. said is chalazions. May go away without medication in about a month or so but also may require treatment. I am hoping it goes away. 4weeks now! Still here, lump in my inner eyelid. No, I don't want a free lash install. Been to this place a few times and left loving my lashes. (Usually lashes Done by Brenda) and the lashes stayed on longer than any other place I've been. However...I just got my full set last week by another girl and the moment I left lashes were falling off left and right! My husband even noticed how uneven my lashes were. Also she used way too much glue and I can see the clumps. I just called letting them know how unsatisfied I was and I was told we are given 2-3 days if we are not satisfied with the extensions. I have 2 little ones and work so the last thing I have is time on my plate to call or even reschedule to get my lashes fixed.
