I have had a lot of shopping success with the LOFT in the West Farms Mall!…read more First, I want to start by saying that one time I arrived with an issue and Alicia worked with me to ensure that we solved it. I thank this employee so much for her patience and dedication to keeping her customers happy! Second, the store is always clean and the clothes are organized so nicely. Even the clearance section has the item correctly aligned by size. (Their clearance is fabulous and I highly recommend you check it out the next time you're at the mall! )

I'm not a big fan of the Loft, most of their items are not my style, but I'll occasionally walk in…read more I notice their store is usually set up to feature one specific color, and you'll notice it right at the entrance. They'll have all the new items of that new color, currently various shades of pink displayed on the front table, not to be missed. This is fine, but a variety would also be more eye catching. I've been on the hunt recently for a specific pair of pants, they are from a few seasons ago at the Loft. I've gone to a few stores and I've looked online, and I haven't had much luck. I stopped at the Loft store at Westfarms, I asked the man working there if he could help me find them. He was so helpful, he looked all over the store for me, he talked to the other associates, he did a store search online, he looked in the back room twice, sadly they didn't have the pants. I didn't even ask him to do all this, it was all in his effort and wonderful customer service. And it was a very busy day in the store, yet he was still dedicated in finding these pants for me. I so much appreciate excellent service like this.

Do you really need to know? It's Tiffany. They made an Audrey Hepburn movie about it. ;)…read more This is the only Tiffany I have ever been to, but I've been there a few times. I've gone about three times by myself, just to look. The salespeople never seem annoyed that I'm not actually buying anything. I have asked to see prices (not sure why they won't just let you see the prices without having to ask but that must be a jewelry thing) and nobody's ever acted like I'm wasting their time when I'm just browsing. I also accompanied a friend there when eh was picking out an engagement ring for his girlfriend. I made it clear that I was not the fiance but they still let me try on all the rings that caught my eye, even the ones that were CLEARLY more than I could afford.

That is, they always treat me professionally, yet they go beyond that and make feel almost as though I was an associate working on a project with them. My most recent experience (Nov. 2018) was purchasing a ring, and I hadn't ever obtained a ring from them before. I didn't even think I could afford a Tiffany ring. But with attention and help from the store's super staffpersons, my feeling of "I never can buy a ring here" magically changed to "my girlfriend will never believe I am giving her a new Tiffany ring!" Please if you need a wedding band or engagement ring, or specialty ring, visit this particular Tiffany's (West Farms Mall) because they are the most courteous, friendly and helpful professionals in the business. My hat is forever off to both Erikas, to Michelle, and last but certainly not least, to Greg. Best of the best! NICK TOMAIUOLO
