But when they want you, especially a check, they are all over you. The worst part was communication: I had just planted new sod on my lawn, and fenced in the area with 18" fence so the guys would no not to walk over the new sod. They PULLED OUT THE FENCE and PARKED THEIR 3000 LB TRUCK ON IT. Not on the street, in my sod. All of this occurred with me home: a simple knock on the door by the worker would have been professional and polite. Do not ignore the bad reviews on this company. AND DO NOT USE THEM.

Bill is quick to respond to questions regarding the details on the estimates. Ours was a rather small repair job for some posts and rails, plus replacing the gate, yet we managed to get scheduled in between other much larger jobs they had. Crew showed up on time, and was efficient. Totally professional. No complaints. Also, signing the contract and paying online were remarkably easy and secure. This job from Hilltop looks great. I would recommend getting multiple estimates, of course, for any sort of job like this, but these guys are good, and competitive, price-wise. Do add them to your list of contractors from whom to get an estimate if you're within the area in which they will work. I'm very pleased with their work.

Throughout the entire process the crew was patient with answering questions we had and worked hand in hand with us when we struggled with design options. At the end of the job the crew left no stone unturned, cleaning every area they were in including the slightest debri that was in our driveway from transporting product back and forth. We could not be happier with the final result, the attention to detail, and the overall service! Thanks Precision Decks!!
