So much fun!!!! Owner dropped off and picked up. We talked from a safe distance and he was extremely nice! The slide was HUGE! It was very clean and in excellent condition. No holes and no sharp edges. I didn't see one bit of dirt on the slide. The rental process was really easy and convenient. The owner was very responsive and willing to explain many things to me. I wanted to make sure I was able to get something all of my kids would be able to enjoy. I cannot wait to enjoy Sebastian Inflatables again.

His company as been around long enough so that he seems to know even the smaller venues on the Treasure Coast and has relationships with the staff. Very helpful. Despite following the proper procedures, SofloChefs not only refused to refund my deposit but also ceased all communication once the refund was requested. It's worth noting that our contract clearly stipulates a full refund of the deposit if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event. Frustrated with the lack of response, I had to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company. Fortunately, I succeeded in the dispute, and the credit card company refunded my deposit. Regrettably, based on this unsatisfactory encounter and the apparent deviation from our contract, I cannot recommend SofloChefs to others. Update: In response to the owner's reply.
