We were having a party for the neighborhood kids and they left it for multiple days for an extremely reasonable price! They didn't charge extra like most companies do! The first day there were crazy winds (and a possible tornado). The wind dragged the bounce house to the neighbor's house and Andrew and his son came back that night after the storm to put it back. Andrew was pleasant, reliable, and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be going back to King Party Rental for our next bash!

They answered questions even outside of what I would consider "normal" business hours. They sent a text three days before to confirm the date and time, which alleviated the nervousness of a now show! They were efficient and professional both during drop off and pickup. No worries with "inappropriate" language or conversation around the kids. The one thing to know before you rent is they only accept Zelle or cash as payment. If you are not willing to do one of those, then you may want to go somewhere else. It wasn't a problem to me.
