They answered questions even outside of what I would consider "normal" business hours. They sent a text three days before to confirm the date and time, which alleviated the nervousness of a now show! They were efficient and professional both during drop off and pickup. No worries with "inappropriate" language or conversation around the kids. The one thing to know before you rent is they only accept Zelle or cash as payment. If you are not willing to do one of those, then you may want to go somewhere else. It wasn't a problem to me. They did not ask for any money upfront. They accepted payment once they were there for drop off, which, again, alleviated any uncomfortableness.
