It was a great price, so I was a bit skeptical but set up an appointment anyway for the next day in the morning. They gave me a 2-hour window of arrival from 10 am to noon. Around 9:40 am I got a text that they were on the way and the number and name of the supervisor of the move. They arrived at 9:55 am and by 10:10 am it was packed, covered, loaded and ready to good. Super smooth. They had the delivery address so he said that we can just meet there. I was a bit worried when I arrived before they did but they arrived a few minutes after me. By 10:45 the items were placed where I told them to. It was great not having to worry about renting a truck, begging friends to help, and carry the stuff with my bad back. Great service and value for the price. I would use again and would recommend for a small move.

Although you spent a short time with my mom, you obviously made an impression. She still reminds about the nice young gentleman who was reassuring and patient as she began the overwhelming task of downsizing and relocating from her home of 21 years. My brother also commented on how you respectfully treated your workers clearly setting them up for success. And what I was most impressed with was when you said you would be there at 9:30am, you were there at 9:30am!! I thought jumping through all the hoops and paperwork that these high rises require would deter you but you never gave up! You and Kharen our organizer are the dream team! Kathryn C

Stanley with CRE is one of the most professional and communicative movers we've ever had…read more We scheduled our move a few weeks in advance and he routinely checked in with us that everything was set to go. We were moving out of a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in FL into a another 2BR 2BA in TX and he routinely followed up with us to make sure everything was on schedule. Quotation process was fair and fast. No issues with the time. He quoted us for 3 hours and it literally was only a 3 hour move. There'a a mandatory truck fee that we had to pay even though we didn't need it, but that's standard for quotes we saw from other movers in the area. As for the moving guys we had, Ken and Marvin, they were great! We moved in the middle of the pandemic and I didn't have to ask them to wear masks. I also wore a mask during the entire day for everyone's safety. No one wants to move with the current pandemic but we made the most of it! They offered to pack boxes for us but we had already packed them. We did need help in deassembling a platform storage bed with hydraulic pumps. We had to get creative to ensure it was properly tied down when loading into the POD container otherwise the hydraulic pumps would spring open. They also offered moving blankets but we had bought our own considering they were going into the POD which would then be transported from West Palm Beach, FL to Houston. Ken is very good organizationally and could have been a master tetris player. He was able to consolidate everything nearly into one POD container so we almost didn't even need additional half sized one we ordered. Ken and Marvin listened to me and obliged my requests to move furniture pieces around inside the POD and were very considerate and understanding of the delicate family antique furniture. I would highly recommend them. They got the job done and did it well!

If anyone has any suggestions for someone to assemble my bed and can locate the screws, please send a message.
