He helped me trying to decide which type of wood flooring would best suit my home! We went with European white oak and I absolutely love it! Exceeded our expectations! Unfortunately we had some fairly…read moreextensive water damage in our kitchen due to a leak in our water line to our fridge. This leaked behind our fridge and into our wood floors for weeks before the water level was high enough to puddle. We had a specific wood type that we were hoping to replicate. Thankfully Unique Wood Floors carried that same wood type. After my initial call, their project manager Jim contacted us to schedule a visit. We had our estimate less than a day after our visit. We stopped by their showroom in St. Paul and spoke with Michael who helped us view the flooring we were interested in. We placed our order for our flooring. Within a few weeks we were contacted for our installation. Our installer was named Al. More like super Al! Al tore out our old flooring which looked to be a very tough job. He then installed our new floor. As Al was wrapping up, first he swept the floor, then he was back down on his hand and knees with a towel wiping our floor clean. Wow. Talk about commitment. We were also impressed that Jim stopped out to check on the progress, then again after the install was completed to make sure everything looked good. Not only did it look good, we felt it looked great! I have to admit, I am very particular about how things look and our floor really looks great. Thank you to the team at Unique Wood Floors who made this whole process very impressive.

Due to a recent hailstorm, we needed to have our roof replaced. After interviewing several roofing…read morecontractors, we chose eRoof to perform the work. Their representative, Garret H., presented a thorough plan for completing the work, assured us that he would coordinate with our insurance company as much as we required, and had a plan that would get the work done in just a few weeks. The eRoof bid was also in-line with other bids we had received to do the work. At the same time, we decided to upgrade our gutter system, which was the original one from 1959. The new system we chose included a cover to eliminate the need for gutter cleaning. We also needed to fix our chimney cap, which was falling apart in large chunks. eRoof also gave us competitive pricing for both projects and integrated that work into the overall work plan. The chimney cap replacement was completed first. That work began on a Monday and was finished the next day. The roof replacement happened on Friday, and the gutter system was hung the following Monday. All of the work was completed in an 8-day span. Throughout the process, Garret H. worked closely with our insurance adjuster to ensure that the new roof system met the current code requirements, with the insurance company agreeing to pay for the additional underlayment called for in the code regulations. The work crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. The cleanup left the grounds in good condition. In conclusion, we are very pleased with the results in all three cases - the roof, the gutter system, and the chimney cap. We both recommend eRoof as a solid choice to handle your roofing (and other) needs. Kathie and Larry P. Roseville, MN
