Amanda is AMAZING! I absolutely adored my photo shoot with her! I was looking for someone who would get my vibe and be able to capture that in an hour's time somewhere in Nature ~ a tall order, I knew. But, after finding her on a Google search, she responded to my query in just a few hours and took the time to schedule a Zoom compatibility call with me the very next day. I liked her so much right away (and I had already fallen in love with her portfolio!) ~ she was professional, warm and insightful, and I booked her for a few weeks later. Soon after, she sent me many ideas for locations, as well as suggestions for what to wear since it was my first professional photo shoot. She corresponded with me several times beforehand, making sure I felt ready and confident. I felt so well cared for by her. When we met on the day of the shoot, Amanda was so relaxed and positive that it really helped me feel at ease and excited ~ even joining me in my impromptu dance party . She started shooting right away, and I could quickly see that she had an amazing eye for light and composition. We walked around the outdoor location I had chosen, and she was so innovative and flexible in trying different options for poses and using the natural props around us. She made the whole shoot so fun! By the end she felt like a familiar and trusted friend. She got the portfolio to me super quickly and I was really wowed by the images she captured! Her eye for light is gorgeous, and this, as well as her ability to see the beauty in someone and her sense of composition really shine through her work. I was able to use so many of her images on my new website and am SO proud to have them there taking front and center. I'm so happy I booked with Amanda and will definitely go back to her in for any future photo needs I may have. She's a gem! Leetah melaleetah.com read more

Amanda was truly spectacular to work with. After our wedding got postponed, my husband and I decided last minute to elope at the courthouse on our original wedding day. With everything being shut down, the timing and logistics were a nightmare, and Amanda was amazingly flexible and easy-going throughout the whole process, which helped ease my stress a great deal. She suggested some fantastic places to shoot before the ceremony, and really understood the feel mood we were going for in our photos and planned spots accordingly. I trusted her every suggestion and valued her easy guidance and insight. She was able to guide us into poses and work with us when we really had no idea what we were doing, all while keeping the mood joyful and lighthearted. During the ceremony, Amanda was able to capture some truly phenomenal and heartfelt photos without feeling intrusive or disruptive in the slightest, which is amazing considering there were only six of us in the courtroom (including the judge!). Four hours after leaving the courthouse, Amanda sent over a ton of initial preview photos and I was blown away. The style and feeling of the photos was exactly what I had pictured without even having to communicate it. When I got my full gallery a few weeks later I was stunned yet again with the full collection and variety of photos Amanda was able to capture in two short hours. My original wedding day went from being a difficult reminder of what plans had to be cancelled to one of the days I will cherish most because of the emotion and feeling Amanda was able to capture. I will forever treasure joy this day brought me thanks to Amanda's photos. read more

OBSESSED!! Amanda is a photography wizard. Would 100000000% recommend. Amanda was an absolute joy to work with! From the very beginning, she was patient, thoughtful, and genuinely curious about us as a couple. She took the time to understand our vision and made sure every moment felt true to us. We're not naturally comfortable in front of the camera, but Amanda made it feel so easy and so FUN. Her energy is the perfect mix of calming and playful, and she made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire day. She handled unexpected challenges on the wedding day with such professionalism and grace--we never had to worry for a second. And the photos? GORGEOUS. STUNNINGGG. Better than we could have ever imagined. We especially wanted candids, and she somehow managed to capture every joyful, spontaneous, love-filled moment. You can feel the fun and happiness in every shot. We are beyond grateful to have had Amanda as our photographer. She's a true talent and a truly wonderful human to have by your side on such a special day. Not only will she make your day so much more fun but will also make you wanna be her best friend haha read more

We absolutely loved working with Amanda, she has such a creative style and an eye for capturing the most stunning shots! She captured the shots we had in mind and so many more than I even imagined possible. She helped us find the perfect spot for first look photos that look like they're out of a dream! Amanda is also just the sweetest person and radiates such a positive energy that it felt like we were working with someone we've known for years! She genuinely loves her couples and goes above and beyond to capture your vision and more. She made us feel so comfortable and relaxed and gently guided our posing for natural looking shots. I could not be happier with how our galleries turned out! She was so patient and accommodating to our impromptu additional family shots too. Our guests had so many wonderful things to say about her work and professionalism! I am writing this review, having worked with Amanda for our engagement session, wedding photos, and final library. I cannot emphasize enough how happy and grateful I am to have found Amanda. What she delivered was so far above our expectations. Here are a few of my favorite things about working with her: - She knows your best angles better than you do, and she will tell you how to tweak your posture to get the best outcome. You won't get the photos back and be thinking "gosh I wish I would've known what to do with my hands." - She captures MORE than you request/could ever want. She captured every happy tear, and all of the raw emotion from our day. - She's a joy to work with. She is one of those people who are communicative, flexible, knowledgeable, and just easy to be around. Her presence is a calm, nurturing one. - She is reasonably priced (in fact, I'd probably say she could get away with charging more than she does). Long story short-- Just give her your business. You won't regret it! read more

amanda white gifted my fiancé and i the most breathtaking photos we have had taken of either of us. she exerted nothing but pure happiness, light, and positive energy throughout the shoot. my partner and i were both nervous to be photographed, but she made the process so relaxing and enjoyable. amanda was professional as well as tender and friendly. we both instantly felt comfortable around her and she caught us in the most beautiful light. i plan on showing her photographs to my children and one day grandchildren. they will most definitely be framed in any home i have. i could not be more grateful for such a kind and generous photographer and to have made a wonderful friend in the process. i would recommend her to anyone on this earth who wants their picture professionally taken. we love you, amanda! read more

Amanda made the biggest difference on our wedding day. Not only did we love having Amanda there, but the photos we got back were more than we could ask for. Neither my husband nor I are huge fans of being in front of the camera, but obviously having beautiful photos to remember our wedding day was incredibly important to me/us! Amanda was amazing. She gave us direction, made us feel comfortable, and gave us every photo we wanted. She's a very talented photographer and I love how creative she is. Some of my favorite photos were ones I wouldn't have even thought of. She really made it easy on us. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to be there! Anyone looking for a photographer for any occasion should talk to Amanda! I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed. read more

Amanda was amazing to work with, she is so kind! She is very flexible and provides a lot of very helpful information. The area I was taking my engagement photos, I wasn't very familiar with, Amanda provided me a very helpful list of locations and photo examples. I am also very awkward when taking photos and Amanda made me feel very comfortable, she helped my husband and I with poses and we had a really good time. I also had Amanda for my wedding and it was a wonderful experience. She helped the groomsmen with their ties and sleeves, interacted really well with everyone and made the picture process very fun and smooth. Till this day, I still get family telling me how much they loved the photographer at my wedding. I have been recommending her to everyone that I can! read more

Amanda was our wedding photographer last March in Portland, OR. She did an amazing job and we love our photos. Her partner Eugene helped as well, and both of them are so easy to work with and the quality of their product is absolutely excellent. We didn't have a lot of directions or much of a vision, but they knew exactly what to do. Our one special request (having some photos done on a bridge in downtown Portland) they rolled with and walked with us up and down on the bridge until we found the perfect spot. Amanda got our photos back to us FAST and they came out great. So many touching, candid photos, and posed ones that came out looking relaxed and natural. If you're looking for a photographer with reasonable prices and fantastic quality, she's for you. read more

Amanda is INCREDIBLE! We could not have asked for a more perfect, or fun photographer! She made our day so relaxed and fun, and the photos turned out better than I could have ever imagined! She captured our perfect day with beauty, light, and fun! She was easy to work with, very responsive, and so helpful in some of the planning stages as well. Amanda made both my husband and I comfortable in front of the camera, which was HUGE! She went out of her way to help make the day as perfect as could be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Amanda! P.S. Amanda did a great job capturing our 140-person wedding at the Fremont Foundry in Seattle, WA. Her shots of the ceremony and of our couple photos were beautiful; she managed to capture important moments from several different angles but was never in the way; and she did a great job on the candid shots (we asked her to focus on these and spend less time on portraits, and she delivered!). She was also friendly, responsive, and organized in the months leading up to the wedding. I would highly recommend her and we are already recommending her to friends. read more

Amanda is a great photographer and beautiful artist! Her enthusiasm for people, nature, and love comes though every image she creates! She Marvelously captured our wedding day and far, far, far exceeded our expectations! She deserves more then five stars for sure! I've had several people say to me after the wedding that she was the most unintrusive photographer they've noticed at a wedding and still she captured all the important moments plus so many precious moments that we will treasure forever! Thank you dear Mighty Amanda!!!! read more

We had a dreadful and costly senior picture nightmare experience with another photographer...and then, Amanda! She saved the day with creative, professional shots of not only our high school senior, but also our middle school daughter. We used the pictures for announcements, Christmas cards, photography in the house, gifts for relatives. They are beautiful. Amanda truly captured their spirits and their smiles. We will continue to use Amanda to capture our girls and the whole family in the years to come. read more

My husband and I did a photo shoot with Amanda in the summer and were blown away by the photos! She's SO easy to work with and made us feel super comfortable (despite my husband being afraid of heights and us being on some ledges...)! We loved the photos so much we took no time at all to get some of the photos printed and hanging on our walls at home. If you want someone that's fun, kind, and patient that doesn't make you feel rushed then Amanda is your photographer! Guaranteed you'll love the results! read more

Amanda went above and beyond to capture the cutest photos of my husband and I while visiting the PNW on vacation. From the very first time I reached out to her, she was super responsive, professional, thoughtful, and gave the best recommendations for photo locations and in general of the area. With a COVID wedding and all the complications that came with it, Amanda has been MORE than just accommodating--she has communicated every step of the way, did a family photo shoot on the day we were "supposed" to get married, and she will be doing our second wedding photos this summer. She is creative, has the eye for catpturing natural moments, and made me feel good about our photos--even 2 months after having a baby. 1,000% recommend read more
