I'm not one to enjoy getting haircuts as I often feel they take too much time, and the price somehow magically grows without me knowing. However, that wasn't the case at Kiss Kiss Bang Bang Salon. From the minute I walked in the door, the energy was high and it really felt like the staff enjoyed one another. There was good energy buzzing throughout the space. I was quickly greeted and offered and snack and drink and I was ushered back on time. The cut was thorough and down to business - cherry on top? A scalp and neck massage. I was lucky enough to be paired with Lianna who unbeknownst to me, is a curl expert and nailed my haircut. I'll definitely be booking with her for my next hair cut. The first time I got my haircut, which was the same time I dyed my hair, I mentioned it was uneven but the way my hair was cut previously, when she would check it, it look like it was cut evenly. When I woke up and showered the next day, I realized it was pretty uneven and I called them and they told me I could come in and get it fixed for free. They were very helpful and listened to my suggestions about how I wanted my hair and then did the best they can to give me what I wanted.
