I appreciated how professional Larry was, and mostly given front and back doors were sometimes needing to be left open while he worked on them, and there were 2 small dogs needing to be securely confined, I appreciated he was very careful to close inner doors each time he had to go through the house, keeping the dogs very safe. Evry time they were there when they said they would be, charged me the rate they quoted (no add ons! Highly questionable skills and non-existing professionalism. Unsuccessfully tried to pick 3 locks before deciding to drill one, resulting in an itemised bill incorrectly totalled to $260... which was then charged in Canadian dollars!! So I was stung with a further international transaction fee.
