For starters, the service I received was not good. She was rude to me and did a very hasty job. When she did the highlights, they did not go all the way up to the root of the hair. Now if she was concerned about causing damage to my hair, she should have informed me at the very beginning of the session that they will not go up to my root, but she did not do so and I didn't catch this until the end. Also, she left a lot of dye at the top of my head and forehead. I understand that it is normal that a stylist will leave some dye on my skin, but not the large amount that this woman left. She never even offered to help remove it from my skin and I was left to go on a trip with stained skin. I was not at all happy with the job that was done and for the amount of money that I paid, I definitely could have gotten much better service at a cheaper salon. I was very disappointed with my visit and will not be coming to Dellaria in the future.
