Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone before dealing with this company or any related business name. The staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of calmly explaining the tow or trying to help resolve the situation, they mocked customers, laughed during a serious conversation, and acted with no basic empathy. The interaction felt hostile and humiliating, not like a professional business handling a customer issue. I also had concerns about the towing process and the way the situation was handled. The staff did not communicate clearly, did not treat us respectfully, and made the entire experience much more stressful than it needed to be. A towing company can enforce rules without being disrespectful or mocking people. They have a lot of 1 star reviews and all of them are these companies scaming them or being racist. In my opinion, this is not a company I would trust or recommend. Be careful, ask for documentation, keep receipts, take photos, and document everything if you ever have to deal with them. Do not deal if you don't have to.

AAA really bungled this call by first assigning me to Inter City Towing on Alameda in LA. After…read morethree hours or so, that one just dumped the call. AAA was back to square 1 and I was furious. AAA found Evercare and the response was a very reasonable 1 hour with the truck arriving at 4:30pm on a Friday Super Bowl Weekend. The first call was made 4 hours earlier. Jerome is tops. I was so mad when he arrived. His cool vibe just calmed right down. He shared his drink at 7-11. I probably talked his ear off because we were just chatting up everything and chilling to old school Hip Hop. The icing on the cake: From Alameda/Olympic to Harding Honda in 1hr 10 min leaving at 4:40pm. without driving crazy or stupid. Made it look easy, ya dig?

Toyota told me it would be one hour and gave me the number of the towing company. After an hour fifteen I call Toyota because nobody has shown up and they say they guy is just around the corner. 20 minutes later and no show I decide to call the tow company. He says nobody has left the shop yet, all I ask him is "why did someone tell me they were right around the corner" and he starts screaming at me. I ask him to calm down and he threatens to not send a truck at all. I eventually calm him down and he sends a guy to get me. 1:40 on the side of the road and finally someone gets me. The driver says he's just been sitting at the shop and they haven't been busy at all. Apparently the owner was full of it. So he drives me to Toyota and they can't fix my belt for two days, unfortunately I have to leave that night. The very nice tow truck driver says we can go to their shop. I agree and go back there, avoiding the angry owner. The staff was very nice and let me even see what was going on as they fixed my belt. However, they did not properly install my belt. $230 and 100 miles later I realize my belt was not fully placed over a pulley, it then splits and rips through my crank seal, spilling oil all over my vehicle for the next 100 miles till I got home. At Toyota the next day they properly replaced the seal and belt for another $650. Long story short. Owner is a jerk, staff is very nice but messed up on a repair costing me an additional $650 in damages. I would advise going somewhere else.

This company needs to be investigated for fraud after a car accident on the 405…read morenorth bound AAA sent this company to tow the car the tow truck driver told us they were too busy to take the vehicle to the selected address and left us with no other option but to allow them to take the car to their personal yard . They do this so they can receive commission and have insurance companies pay their holding fees or out of pocket and scam people this should not be legal they get you by making it seem like you have no other choice but once you agree you're too late! I see multiple people have had this exact experience . I will be taking it up with AAA and already have them being investigated If you ever are in need of a tow DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!
