This hotel is clean and modern and in a quiet business area of town. The U bahn train station is right outside. The room is very small and feels like a cruise ship cabin. There is no air conditioning and we stayed during Oktoberfest with mid 50s weather and could only crack the window which still was stuffy and warm at night. The bed is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and the mattress was about 3 inches thick. There is a cheap plastic chair, not a comfortable sitting chair. The WIFI has to be paid for after 24 hours. There is not an in room safe, you must leave with the front desk. The staff was marginally helpful. We were given a room that overlooked the back but had noisy construction starting at 7 AM without any fore-warning (our reservation had been booked for 6 months in advance). I would not stay here again.

Wifi geht nicht in Zimmer. Können uns nicht mal ein loggen. Dazu noch funktioniert unsere eigenen 3G nichtmal weil die wände wahrscheinlich zu dick sind... teilweise nur E! Was soll das Motel One!? 89€ für nacht in 8qm raum ohne Kühlschrank und wifi.. toll. Es ist 2019!

You're just minutes away from the train (sane train line that takes you to and from the airport). The rooms are nice. I was super surprised by the size of the showers. They are walk in and huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel bar is great. I loved coming back after a day out and about exploring and having a beer outside on their patio. They do have breakfast available for an extra cost. In the shopping center just down the block, there is a bakery and grocery store. We discovered this on our last day there.

Parking is available in the garage, and I especially loved the automatic doors going into the garage -- such a small thing, but an awesome and convenient touch. One thing I didn't love was the housekeeping policy. Room service/housekeeping is not automatically provided and has to be requested 24 hours in advance. Personally, I think it should be the opposite -- housekeeping should be provided unless you choose to opt out. When you're staying multiple nights, it's nice to come back to a refreshed room without having to remember to request it a day ahead of time. Breakfast was also €25 per person, which I thought was pretty pricey, so we chose not to add it. Overall, though, the hotel was comfortable, the room and bathroom were a good size, the A/C worked well, and having an on-site parking garage was very convenient. Pet friendly: Pets are welcome at the hotel, which is always a big plus for travelers with dogs!
