If you need prescriptions allow at least 10 days and plan on several phone calls as they won't put refills on your chart at appointments even when requested each time. If you rely on prescriptions this is not the place to go as the practice is irresponsible and quite frankly dangerous.

You will be contacted when they can appoint with you." 8/31/23 No call yet 8/23/23 I asked for a new prescription to go back on anti depressants because ThedaCare wouldn't give me an anti-aniexty med without signed agreement & radom drug tests (that I may have to pay for). 8/31/23 One week later feeling suicidally depressed I called ThedaCare behavioral health Neenah and told them I started on an anti-depressant and I'm much wose a week later. She didn't ask my name. Said they couldn't assist me if I'm not a patient of theirs (I actually did see them and few months ago and am on a waiting list for ThedaCare behavioral health therapy. Said I would have to call the doctor who prescribed it. I hung up. I had my initial infusion on October 2nd and on that day I felt better. The next day, I got out of…read morebed with no problem and actually had motivation for the first time in years. I had two infusions that week then one each week for the next four weeks, then three weeks out and the next one is 5 weeks out. Since then, I've been practicing yoga 4-5 days per week, go grocery shopping, spend time with friends, quit whining and it seems that my fibromyalgia pain has calmed way down. My brain isn't as scattered as it used to be and I've become alert, more calm, with less anxiety. It feels like someone breathed life into me and I feel like a whole person. I'm thankful I found Dr. Kane and Ketamine Milwaukee. He has a great staff and I really look forward to my treatments not only because they help me, but I get to escape from myself for a while. It's a nice ride. One last thing. I'm on a fixed income. The treatments are a bit pricey, but I always make it work. Credit cards are good. I really couldn't care less how much they cost because you can't put a price tag on feeling well and having a life.

I agreed and left work and hustled down there, only to be left sitting in the waiting room. The appointment was for 11:30 and they close for lunch at noon. I left the office at 11:45, since I wasn't going to pay money for a 15 minute appointment. They had the balls to act surprised that I was upset and then asked if I wanted to reschedule. (On top of that, the crotchety old woman working the front desk was very rude)

It's true about the bullying and threatening voicemails. Somebody should've fired that woman! Anyway, one star.... Glad to be rid of this place.
