I filled out an inquiry for a neon sign 3/15/22. Ingram and I spoke via telephone. He said he will…read morehave a mock up and can create the sign I want for $1200. He advised turn around time is 5-7 days. I paid ingram $600 via paypal and $600 via zelle on 3/18/22. Ingram contacted me via text advising payment was received. Again he reached out via text on 3/21/22 advising my project was in production. 4/5/22 I texted Ingram and asked if the turn around time is longer than we discussed. He said yes and that he would call and explain later. 4/8/22 he texted stating he can bring the sign this weekend but that he apologizes his guys made it black instead of clear as they often do black, I reply and he advised that they can fix it but it will take longer. I asked for a picture, he sent the first and only picture. I shared times I was available after they fix the sign per the discussion and per the pdf mock up that was sent via email in March. I texted 4/12/22 asking if he can drop off before Sunday the 17th. No response. I text 4/13/22 and asked if he has availability to drop off and mount (as this was included). He responded saying yes after 11am Saturday. I shared my availability for Saturday and he said he will let me know right away. 4/15/22 I texted and asked what time is he coming tomorrow. No response. I text 4/16/22 08:25 sharing the address again. He responded and advised he will see me an hour after he is finished with his current job.. I asked him to let me know his ETA, he texted back saying he definitely will. 4/16/22 11:40 I advised of my availability as I had clients. No response. 11:40 I asked if he can be here by 5pm. No response. 4/18/22 11:26 I said hello, asked if my msgs did not go through yesterday. No response. 20:55 4/18 I asked if we can reschedule. No response. 4/20/22 I asked for a refund. Ingram replied and was apologetic and trying to schedule something. I requested the refund again. In later convo he advised that he does not have $1200 upfront and can pay me as I can. And that he won't work with mall business anymore. 4/22/22 I advise that if he is able to come between 12 and 4pm tomorrow then we can try again. He came at 3:30pm with his friend and said it was his assistant but he had no idea what he was doing or supposed to do to help Ingram mount it. Ingram said sorry about Saturday my msg didn't send. I texted him 6 times. After they mount it, Ingram advises that its two different colors because they used two different materials.that was not agreed upon nor was it in the mock up. The lights flicker, he said it will go away. The wires were bulky and surrounding my neon light. He damaged my wall paper. I reached out via text when they left and he ignored me, i called, he ignored the call and said he was driving. I filed a claim. He contacts me of course and says he forgot. He asked if they can remake it with the correct materials. He agreed several times to refund me. He keeps texting me being disrespectful because he thinks his boss at nights of neon is being sued by the better business bureau. He said I was trying to get a free sign even though I offered to give him the sign back.
