My dad's funeral was planned very fast. The original flower shop did not have the arrangement that we wanted. I called this place and asked them if they actually had the flowers that were in the arrangement that I wanted. They said yes, and they were actually not available the next day because this happened during New Year's, but they actually went in on their day off, so the arrangement would be ready for the funeral. WARNING - GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR CRITICAL FLORAL SERVICES! Called early afternoon on 7/26/17 and spoke with Susan. I placed an order on behalf of The Athens Christian Preparatory Academy for a $200.00 funeral spray to be delivered to Sand Springs Baptist Church for a funeral on Thursday 7/27/17. The charge cleared my credit card on 7/26/17. I didn't make the visitation on Thursday but imagine my anger and disappointment to see nothing from Always In Bloom delivered for the school. I spoke with Amber after the discovery Friday shortly after arriving at the funeral and let's just say I may as well have been talking to a tree. I can't speak to the quality of the spray. We'll never know. The wife of the deceased will be the one thinking........."I can't believe the school didn't send anything. I know they have sent arrangements for other school families in the past." Not from Always in Bloom ever again if I have any influence over that. I probably do as my wife runs the school.
