My dad's funeral was planned very fast. The original flower shop did not have the arrangement that we wanted. I called this place and asked them if they actually had the flowers that were in the arrangement that I wanted. They said yes, and they were actually not available the next day because this happened during New Year's, but they actually went in on their day off, so the arrangement would be ready for the funeral. I can't thank you enough!! My family, especially my mother was impressed at how beautiful the spray was for my dad's casket!! Thank you read more

This is not a local flower shop. They are using other flower shop names and changing the spelling. Beware of the quality. It will not be the same as your local florist read more

Received a birthday arrangement from my son who lives out of state. The quality of the arrangement was poor and by the next day looked ready to be thrown out. I will not do business with this florist in the future. read more

The new owners at Always In Bloom are SO nice and SO hard working. They have done wonders with the place. They create beautiful floral designs at a fair price. I would recommended them to anybody. Holly A. read more

WARNING - GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR CRITICAL FLORAL SERVICES! Called early afternoon on 7/26/17 and spoke with Susan. I placed an order on behalf of The Athens Christian Preparatory Academy for a $200.00 funeral spray to be delivered to Sand Springs Baptist Church for a funeral on Thursday 7/27/17. The charge cleared my credit card on 7/26/17. I didn't make the visitation on Thursday but imagine my anger and disappointment to see nothing from Always In Bloom delivered for the school. I spoke with Amber after the discovery Friday shortly after arriving at the funeral and let's just say I may as well have been talking to a tree. I can't speak to the quality of the spray. We'll never know. The wife of the deceased will be the one thinking........."I can't believe the school didn't send anything. I know they have sent arrangements for other school families in the past." Not from Always in Bloom ever again if I have any influence over that. I probably do as my wife runs the school. Thanks Always in Bloom for your outstanding performance and commitment to continuous improvement! My family and I are living in Houston and we have been using Always in Bloom for years to deliver flowers to friends in Athens several times a year. Both the old owner and the new owner have never failed me with great services. I have never seen the flowers, but all my friends have told me how much they loved them. They said that the flowers were so beautiful and fresh that they could even last for a month with loving care. It is a place that I can count on. read more

I would not go there again! They are very rude! Apparently they have bigger and better things to do than to help a walk in customer! If Linda can not handle orders and walk in customers, she needs to close the doors and just do orders. Or atleast take a class of customer service! read more
