I do remember that it was disgusting to hold up a line that was literally wrapping around the store and at the time I had there store reward card and a military discount and the receipt and the credit card I paid with. Their behavior was disgusting and they were clearly uneducated and should not be dealing with the general public. In no way was I trying to get something for nothing but they did nothing to make the customer happy I even spoke to the owner on the phone, he said that's who he was anyway, and he did nothing to earn my business he said oh I'm sorry that happened and they should have handled it differently, and did nothing to win me back..like a gift card, something, I don't remember the exact details because it's been years and I never went back.
