This by far has been the worst experience with an eye doctor that I have encountered. Got my eye…read moreexam in September 2020 and the front desk receptionists had attitudes. Since their system was down for taking my insurance, I paid out of pocket and was guaranteed that I would be reimbursed once their system was up. After not hearing anything for a month I had to call and remind them. When my contact lens provider called to verify my prescription it was changed (by someone at the doctors office) without notice to me. When I re-submitted my order, The doctor's office would not approve it. I had to go there and request a physical copy of my prescription to scan to my lens provider and prove my correct prescription. I went to them because they were close and open on Sundays, but I will never return. They have been anything but professional!

The level…read moreof care, professionalism, kindness, and personal attention I received from them was truly exceptional. I have been receiving eye care for more than 50 years, and I can confidently say that my experience with Dr. Nguyen and Niko has been unmatched. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel genuinely cared for, never rushed, and completely comfortable. Dr. Nguyen took the time to listen, thoroughly explain everything, and make sure all of my questions were answered. Her knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail are extraordinary. Niko is equally wonderful. Her kindness, patience, professionalism, and upbeat personality made every interaction a pleasure. Together, they make an outstanding team and provide the kind of personal care that is becoming increasingly rare. After 50 years of seeing eye-care professionals, I can honestly say that Dr. Nguyen and Niko have set a new standard for what exceptional patient care should look like. I am incredibly grateful to have found them and would recommend them without hesitation. Five stars simply aren't enough!

I was about to reschedule my appointment right before they called me back. I'm glad I waited because everyone was so nice! The lady that took me back before I saw Dr. Correale was very funny and friendly. I think they said her name was Laura. Or maybe Sarah? Sorry, I'm terrible at remembering names. I enjoyed chatting with her. Dr. Correale was so sweet! I really liked her "bedside manner" (Well, you know what I mean!). She took her time and gave me her recommendations. She said I should go ahead and get progressive lenses since my insurance plan covers it. So that's what I did. I love that they knew what my benefits were. Some offices don't and it can make it challenging to select your frames because you don't know what your insurance will cover. But they had it all printed out! Brittany is the young lady that helped me pick out my frames. She was so awesome! She was very patient with me and helped me pick out the perfect pair! They had a great selection of frames to choose from. I had narrowed it down to maybe 10-12 pairs. I went with my fave Kate Spade! And the good news is they were 40% off so the frames were 100% covered! The only upgrade I went with was the anti-glare option. I trusted Brittany's opinion on that. Like I said, everyone was very friendly. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Alvin and surrounding areas. I'm looking forward to picking up my frames in 7-10 days!

NO EXCEPTIONS... I have a MEDICAL exemption and I offered to wait outside that did not matter, to them. when someone has a medical exemption, that should be taken into consideration. Making the appointment was easy and forms were completed at the appointment versus online. Although that was different from my other medical apppointment experiences, it made sense since the only thing my Mom had to confirm was her personal and insurance information when she checked in. Dr. Thomas went over my Mom's specific health conditions and medication when she examined her. If you think about it, many of us submit our medical information and it goes in a file but is it brought up my physician unless the patient mentions it? Or better yet, I've had information I've done online and had to redo the same information because the system didn't save it (True story and that happenned several times at a local vision center that I will not mention here). Therefore this was refreshing to only complete or share once. Staff is so friendly and Dr. Thomas is a gem. This was my Mom's first appointment and Dr. Thomas took her time getting to know her and vice versa. What really stunned me was that this lady admitted she wasn't feeling her best but still uplheld her appointments with patients. That's devotion- and it was much appreciated for sure even though we would have understood the reshedule. It took me YEARS for my Mom to change her care to Houston area doctors. Dr. Thomas and EOP keep proving that Mom took the right advice and is getting the best care to keep her quality of life pristine.
