First of all you are always given her full attention.. no rushing or long waits. It is her and her two Nurse practitioners , so you never see an unfamiliar face at your visits (I love that). You can tell she truly cares and takes her time and REALLY listens when you see her . What I love is she also does female exams so no seeing a separate Doctor for that !!! I am comfortable with her and she always puts my nerves at ease. They always get me in when I need and they have a patient portal for convenience, I have never not got a response with questions or concerns ,they are always on top of it. When I moved away to Massachusetts for a year I wouldn't see another Doctor I would just see her when I was visiting home. I feel like I hit the lottery Doctor wise with her and her nurses. Thank you Dr. Moss for being the best.

The nurse director after looking into it said they gave my mom the new medications from someone else's bottle. When I asked for medication administration records Mease refused to show them to me and gave my mom 45 days to leave. I spoke with Dr. Scott on the phone explained all the above and his only words were good luck at new facility.

My friend and I both went to this office for years and now both of us can't get our prescriptions filled without calling multiple times to remind them after our appointments. I'm a patient. I had an appt on 12/16/25, I was suppose to be seeing Dr Hanrahan on that day,…read moreinstead they assigned Dr Vishal Panchal. He told me that Dr Hanrahan is retiring in 09/2026 and only comes in 2 days a week. What was I suppose to do? So, of course I accepted Dr Vishal Panchal. He knows me 5 minutes and dictates how I should be living my life. I'm 70 years old. I listened to him and then I shutdown after his 10 minute speech... Let me start with my blood test results. The test result shows I have a urinary issue. At that time I had no symptoms, so he wouldn't prescribe anything to clear it up. Big mistake. I had symptoms about two weeks later. I called the office and the message said contact my pharmacy and I did. I had to call the office again because they hadn't responded to CVS. I never got that prescription and I ended up getting an over the counter solution...That's not the worst. The worst is I have been on Rosuvastatin Calcium 10mg for 90 days per my insurance company because it's a maintenance drug. Dr Hanrahan personally prescribed the medication for my high cholesterol years ago. It's due to be refilled with -0- refills left. I contacted CVS so they can contact Dr Hanrahan's office and again no response from her office to CVS. Then, finally they gave me a 30 day supply with no refills...Yesterday, Thursday, March 26, 2026 CVS sent me a text and an email informing me that, "your prescriber has not responded to approve a 3-month supply for Rosuvastatin and that I need to call my prescriber. I need that prescription. I have a 3 pills left and then what. Dr Hanrahan what has happened to you. You ignore my request, you ignore CVS request. What do I do now??? What do I do in three days??? Let me tell you what I've tried to do. I found a new primary care Doctor. Unfortunately, I can't get a new patient appt until July 15, 2026 which I scheduled. I tried to get my medical records on your patient portal, however, it doesn't recognize me as a patient... In three days, I will suddenly be off of my Rosuvastatin Calcium 10 mg, prescribed by you. You and the other two Doctor's, in your, yes still your office until Sept 2026, should be ashamed of yourself for not prescribing a much, needed medicine. I'm 70 years old and should not be in this shameful situation. Shame on you and your practice.

Actually the second or third time I've been here but never noticed it on Yelp. Anyhoo: this is…read morewhere I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a few years back. They have their own sleep lab on the first story of this hidden two story building off of Belcher just north of NE Coachman. After all the formalities were observed with a rather extensive team of medical and office types here, I was prescribed the appropriate sleep equipment and so on. I don't like that I have to use the stuff, but since I must, I can't think of a better MD to deal with than Frank Averill. He's a bit eccentric but he is also a very good and well seasoned pulmonologist. He's assembled a good bunch of folks (and it is quite a big number in the team) to work here. As you can imagine, this practice is quite busy and thriving...I wouldn't expect you'd fare well here if you're in dire need of quick service though. As most specialists go, he books out well in advance. As is also the case with specialist types, forget about the clock when you finally DO get here. Pack a lunch or a snack instead! Nice office with a clean but homey look to it also. Sleep lab is also quite nice as I recall as well. One odd bit of information. The doctor's wife also has a big hand in this place and helps run the show. She is a devout Catholic and that is obvious in every nook and cranny of the office. Lots of religious statues, pictures and the like in the second floor office and downstairs in the lobby. Off to the right of the entrance downstairs is a full blown chapel as well...I must tell you that the formal name of the practice is St Francis Medical Institute. So the chapel and much of the "decor," for lack of a better word, is Franciscan. It really has no bearing on the level or kind of care that one should expect, of course. It's a simple observation for the sake of passing along information to the prospective patient reading this review... That said, Dr Averill is board certified in four different specialties according to the information gleaned from my visits here. Allergies, immunology, sleep disorders, pulmonology plus all the clinical research kinda makes this practice one stop shopping for many people who have breathing battles of sundry sorts....
