His deep (almost innate) knowledge of the INA and years of experience with USCIS have made him a pro at identifying potential red flags -- and addressing issues before they had a chance to derail our application. Even saying that if my lawyer had a wig on and my perfume, my infant child wouldn't know the difference (crazy). These ALL violate the Bar Association's Code of Ethics. Glad I switched counsel. Their handling of his citizenship application was unprofessional and disorganized, marked by unnecessary delays, additional fees (including a ludicrous "argument fee" after a particularly concerning interaction with a paralegal who displayed a contemptuous attitude, condescendingly addressing my husband in a manner that was both offensive and unacceptable.) Despite fulfilling all requests, including a costly trip to Ecuador for the required documentation, we faced avoidable complications and disrespectful behavior from staff. Frustrated by this firm's lack of competence, we terminated the contract. While we accepted their unreasonable $400 termination fee, the audacity of adding a further $25 "argument fee" for him simply asserting respect was beyond belief.
