They don't use a professional accountant or accounting system so they always change costs after the fact. The improperly manage their own funds so they don't stick to the original bids and try to get more than what was noted. They regularly were weeks late on everything! The subs would routinely be late, no-show, or do horrible work like with some basic as drawings for a bathroom. Even the most desperate person should steer clear. Couldn't even get a reimbursement on an overpay that they themselves noted was due. Absolute nightmare!!!

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with this company, particularly with the owner Omri. With time we also learned that we are not the only family that went through that with him. Omri is an amateur, unprofessional, and a greedy person that tries to cash out as fast as possible without taking responsibilities for his wrongdoing and damages. Just to list a few things that were done: He destroyed one of our appliances that we were very clear on our intention to keep, he painted our master bedroom that was renovated few months prior to construction and was instructed not to touch it, he removed one of the interior doors and placed it outside for days which caused it to rotten, he took 2 large pieces of our granite countertops without our permission and after we asked to keep them, he destroyed the new flooring by trying to clean them with a material that clearly states on the label that it is not recommended for this kind of flooring. On that last example on the flooring, he later confessed that it was his first time doing that type of flooring. That was very frustrating. He didn't finish the work that he was already payed for and just left the site. The best way to show his work is to see it. Images of his amateur work are attached. Update: I just read your response. Unsurprisingly, the way you handle this review as exactly the same way as you handle the low standard of your work, the damages and missing items throughout your project. This3:16 roofing came to my door all of sudden and said there is only one spot which shows inner white layer so we will cover that free of cost as a goodwill gesture and my husband said okay.The next day he sent two guys they were working for the whole day just using the tarp to cover whole roof with unnecessary ring nail spoiling the whole part of the roof.He nailed each and every shingles with that nail forcing literally to go for insurance to replace the whole roof costing more than 10 grand.There was a very cruel intention behind his good gesture. I've asked him probably more than 10 times to come out to remove the lights and that mu HOA is on us bc of the lights.
