Their flowers are beautiful. I get a bouquet every year for Valentine's Day. This year, I was feeling under the weather, was leaving work early when my boyfriend said the delivery window was 8-5. I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

My jaw completely dropped on our wedding day. Casey and her team went to the moon and back to achieve the exact look and feel we dreamed of. Apparently, the "potted plant" was tiny and looked more like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree than a congratulatory gift. Good grief! Not only was it a complete waste of money... quite a bit of money because they are overpriced... but I was absolutely mortified.
