When I would follow up, he always said he had asked other members of the team to reach out to us while he was away for his family, and they just never did. Jonathan always apologized and said he'd make it up to us. This happened time and time again, and we still consistently told him we're still willing to work with him - only to get ghosted for the last time a few weeks ago. He stopped replying to me completely. I have never seen a single draft of an itinerary. The ghosting is so unprofessional.
