I've used this vet for over 20 years and always recommend them. After Dr. Lash & Dr. Meleason…read moreretired, it went down hill quickly. I've taken one of our dogs here her entire life. Unfortunately, we have to say goodbye to her this week. I called the vet on Monday to see if I could get her in this week and was told no because they didn't have any appointments available. The vets obviously don't have time for a 5 minute shot and an empty room after years of spending thousands of dollars on my dogs. Tomorrow, I have to take my baby girl to the Butler Vet, where she has never been, to say goodbye to her. It's a shame to see this practice go to hell, but they deserve it and they lost my business forever!! Clearly, they only care about money nowadays. Dr. Lash was an amazing vet and he is probably so disappointed over what his practice has become.

Picked up our dog at this kennel after her being there for 6 nights while we were on vacation. The…read morepup we picked up was not her normal, playful self. Lifeless, beat up,and It breaks our heart that our loving pup wasnt very happy to see us. Her paws are cut, blistered and bleeding. The black part of her nose is scratched and she has a big swollen scratched mark on her snout. The kennel owners excuse for the cut nose was that she stuck into a rough part of the fence repeatedly. We called and the owner said she was fine.. Calm and eatting... We are very upset with how poorly our dog was taken care of. We will NEVER take her back there!!!!!

Upon returning home he has had multiple accidents in the house as well as vomiting . The diagnosis is giardia. Fortunately it will go away without treatment but the stress on our pup is heartbreaking. Not to mention, I've now had to disinfect our whole home bc this parasite can be spread to humans. I've never seen a dog projectile vomit until now. This is a very bad intestinal parasite and could have been avoided. Is this coincidental, maybe? According to the vet if proper precautions and care are practiced, this is avoidable.

We had a bad experience the last time we had to board our little doggie at another facility, so we were a little apprehensive trying a new place. Josh and the team at PC were so amazing and kind. They sent us pictures of our little doggie throughout her stay, and even asked us about our vacation. You can tell that they genuinely care about the dogs and put their best interest first. My dog loves it there. She came back more obedient and well-behaved. It was such a pleasant experience and we will absolutely be back. I feel like Josh and the team at PC is part of our extended dog family.
