First off, I want to apologize. Mr. Yoon as I could've sworn I submitted a Yelp Review after he…read moretook on my personal affairs. Mr. Yoon saw me from a million miles away as I entered the courtroom and nervously waited for my time to present my appeal and request for work/medical license due to legal ramifications I had placed myself in due to my negligent abuse of alcohol which when coupled with my untreated alcoholism led my DUI and to my criminal conviction and revocation of my rights to operate a motor vehicle until my sentence, probationary fees, and other legal fees were accounted for. Mr. Yoon approached me in the courthouse in 2015-2016, apologies for the gap in time as the specific date alludes me, as our greatest enemy is time, but I digress. Mr. Yoon identified that I was walking into a metaphorical minefield as it was extremely obvious that I was out of my depth when I walked in. He briefly asked me about my situation I was in and represented me and assisted me with my appeal in my case. He requested that I submit a Yelp Review, I could've sworn I already wrote one, but I have found myself in a moment of retrospection, reminiscing about how noble and just his shear presence was and how comforting he was during my state of vulnerability. I regret that the DUI happened at all in the first place and that I lost the career that I loved so much. But I am thankful that no one was hurt or killed as a result of my stupidty as I firmly know I would not be able to live with myself if I caused undue harm or death to my fellow american(s) or human being. I found myself yearning to address this once more to hopefully mentor someone that may be going through a bad time in their life that it is OK to reach out for support as there are many other people out there amongst us that have fallen into war with themselves and their past, present, and the fear and uncertainty that the future holds for us. But if we arm ourselves with knowledge and build each other up rather than tear each other down as Mr. Yoon exemplifies by his character and willingness to help those that lack proper representation. In my closing statements, I hope to leave these breadcrumbs to help other lost souls and pay it forward, because without a person like Mr. Yoon, I would not be the man I am today. Sometimes we can't see the forest for all the trees. - John Heywood Everyday is a new day, and although we in our life may face bad days, remember that we have resources available to us and that sometimes it's our mindset that causes these feelings of incompetency that misguide us and only harm us further. Don't judge a book by its cover, but by its character. Glory awaits those who seek it! - Romans 8:18 [Disclosure I do not practice religion but I stand by this quote.] Thank you, Mr. Yoon for everything!

Despite sending multiple messages to Joseph asking for assistance and a callback, I was met with silence. This lack of response is unacceptable, and I am disappointed with their customer service.

In the document review, Ms. Sizer indicated that I should file a specific document related to a trust. My brother would need to sign this document. Since he was coming into the area from out of town, I emailed Ms. Sizer to ask her to send me the document for his signature. I finally got a response from Ms. Sizer after three emails and three phone discussions with her staff over about two weeks. This was part of her response, "As a solo practitioner, I am not able to prepare and provide documents on demand. I give each matter the due diligence it requires and address matters in turn so that every client receives careful and timely attention. Because this approach does not always align with timelines a client may wish to set, I believe it is best to conclude my representation so that you may continue with other counsel who can meet your needs going forward." If Ms. Sizer had responded promptly, this could have been avoided. If she needed more time, she could have let me know. Instead, she chose to remain silent. I have been a practicing attorney for thirty-five years. I hope that she learns that client communication is important.

Today April 28 got a call from law office we spoke for 15 minutes about my petition and I felt very pressured to change the star rating to some thing else as she is used to of all five star rating. After our discussion, I felt that she was too expensive highest from all I spoke to for just filling two forms in CEAC and felt really ripped off. I requested her to send me data via email which she never did. I just got a email in the evening from her that she cannot process my petition. This law office was too expensive and just pressuring me to change the star rating. Well she can claim any amount she likes to charge but any one with some IQ will not retain her too expensive. I am glad I am not retaining her in any way.

The kindness, encouragement, patience, and professional support offered by this team over the entire process has been invaluable for us. It is the team's detail-oriented approach, flawless document preparation, and timely hands-on help that enabled us to receive EAD, AP, and Green card approvals as expected, and the entire process to complete with less than four months. Before deciding to work with the Oliver-Zhang Law, we had contacted a few law firms, but not until after we were impressed by Rachel in a consultation could we believe that we found a representation that we can rely on. During the hour-long session, Rachel showed her deep knowledge in immigration law, addressed our questions/concerns in a simple and easy-to-understand way; the path forward was highlighted clearly and convincing. Over the course of preparation, the communication channel has been clear, and the team has always been ready to provide timely guidance and support; when we were frustrated by the challenges and delays in preparation of the required supporting documents, Rachel and Annjelika have been always available with encouragement and support. On all the major activities along the case process, guidance on what to do has always been clear, and advice on DOs and DON'Ts has been always provided in detail and timely manner. When receiving the USCIS interview notice we were kind of stressed, but the stress was soon relieved after the mock interview session, which was so well prepared, thorough, and informative. Again, we were deeply impressed by the professionalism of the lawyers who attended the training session, who provided so many valuable advice, and invaluable encouragement. Julie's presence during the USCIS Interview offering her timely support was certainly another credit to the reliable services of the law firm. Once again, we appreciate Rachel and Julie's experience and knowledge in immigration laws, and Annjelika's continuous support and always keeping things on track. We strongly recommend the immigration law representation by the law firm of Oliver-Zhang Law.
