After paying the initial deposit and submitting the required forms, I received no communication for several weeks. Furthermore, I was required to pay the final fee before having a consultation or seeing any documents. The materials I eventually received did not align with my intentions, but rather reflected a literal interpretation of the forms. A brief consultation prior to drafting would have been far more efficient. Additionally, the subsequent revisions took several weeks and resulted in documents containing both graphical and factual errors. While I have now received the final versions, I remain concerned about their accuracy and have little confidence in their legal integrity.

My issues of the Attorneys we had did not have prior information that I thought would have been pertinent to the flow for the day of each case. The first lawyer with "3" years of experience was LATE and we did not receive a visit summary afterwards. The second lawyer with "50" years of experience did send a summary but kept getting the order of events incorrect. The third lawyer with "5" years of experience did not send a summary. After this case, the Judge "stated" there are outstanding driver license's tickets to be paid. How is it that an Attorney representing the case unaware fines that needed to be paid on the expired driver license case. This Attorney suggested after the case for us to follow up with the next Attorney. That I did not understand. Why, he could not resolve the issue. Where is the accountability? Lastly, but not least the last Attorney with "7" years of experience. His initial interaction appeared to me to be rushed and annoyed and just wanted the case to be done. We asked for 30 days minus 13 and was expecting the most 90 days. Did not happen. At the end of the case the Attorney left the court room and NO VERBAL SUMMARY OR I WILL SEND YOU THE DISPOSITION AND DEFINITELY WAS NOT GIVEN A THANKS FOR OBTAINING OUR SERVICES BUT HE DID STATE WHEN I TRIED TO ASK HIM A QUESTION ABOUT THE DISPOSITION "DID YOU NOT HEAR WHAT THE JUDGE SAID". Today, I received a call from the paralegal STATING SHE WAS FOLLOWING UP ON the PAYMENT that was due on November 1, 2026, AND THEY ARE NOW DONE WITH THE CASES. I explained to her that I had called on this past Friday for questions and to pay EARLY. SHE RESPONDED THAT SHE HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATIONS THAT I HAD CALLED. The payment of $1000 dollars was paid TODAY. FYI: I USED AI AS THE CASES PROGRESSED AND IT WAS VERY HELPFUL ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE MINIMAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS YOU CANNOT USE AI TO PREDICT PROFESSIONALISM. SO, MAKE SURE YOU VET YOUR ATTORNEYS.
