Their materials are far from sufficient, and their program requires you to do a lot of external research to figure out what's on the exam.

They are legit guys! An epic success! Fantastic, patient, good hearted teachers with easy to…read moreunderstand teaching methods and even an outstanding office staff. ;) Their all in it together to help you win it! It's been almost 20 years since I left HS and math and I have never been friend. There is so much I couldn't remember. I was starting from scratch. But this semester, WOW! Math seemed fun now and passing a test, attainable. After all those years of feeling embarrassed and continually failing math, Ology really gives students confidence. I got a B in the class. Me!? (My friend took her math class from the college, had to find her own tutors, spend time in the math lab... wait "in line" to see a tutor and only receiving help from the tutors once or twice a visit. She barely passed with her extra credit assignments) At Ology, you get way better results, tutors with uniform but unique teaching styles and are readily available for homework help. Ology has additional workshops for test prep too. It's well worth the money and time. There are tutors there almost 24-7. Use them! You've payed for them. Time in the tutoring lab means a great test grade and an awesome final grade. Trust me. Students of all ages attend Ology. There is no shaming here. They basically have a no fail, fool proof way to get you past math and on your way to graduation. And if you don't pass, they got your back. But you will.

Ology sets the stage for success, what you do with it is up to you. Ology works. Every person in my class passed. 100% pass rate- 4 of us in the 8 week block class from me a 49 year old woman to an 18 year young man . Diverse group and it met all our needs . The Pass or Don't Pay is legit as of this writing and totally doable however you must commit and put in time. Yes , there's homework - staying after class and doing it in lab is best option ! I was in the 8 week block class 1050 - we (4 of us ) had class 2 hours 4x a week. We had at least 4-5 homework's a week but I did them in lab before I went home. We had to pass 4 BYU IS Math 110 midterms (20 questions ) and one comprehensive final (30 questions) ON OUR OWN - so YES- you need to learn the stuff ! I started with very little knowledge ,30+ years away from algebra , legit math anxiety and a truly for real fast easily distracted mind I refuse to medicate . Today I passed College Algebra. Grace was my teacher , she's amazing beyond words , knowledgeable, thorough and so kind with an amazing ability to decomplicate Math. It's appatent she genuinely cares about students and is invested in them passing and yes even enjoying math!!! Don't sign up if you're not serious and willing to work , but that all of life isnt it ! :-) Thank you Ology so so much .

Unfortunately, our experience at Huntington was not a good one. After 20 hours of tutoring and…read more$1600 my son received exactly the same score on the ACT that he had recieved at the initial Huntington assessment. I met with the owner of the center and he told me that in order to see results I needed to commit to another $2000 in tutoring. He seemed to be only concerned about keeping the money coming rather than the success of my son. This is the first internet review I have ever written. I feel obligated to let others know that the significant amount of money they might consider spending at Huntington will be wasted.

My son has a scholarship offer to a university in the midwest for athletics. Due to the…read moreuniversities budget, in order to get a full ride, a portion of the scholarship was academic. My son had a 23 on the ACT. To receive the academic portion of the scholarship he had to get a 24. Huntington said that this would not be a problem. They did every thing but guarantee that they could get his score up a point if not four to six points. We paid the money and our son put in the work. The incentive was huge. The academic portion of the scholarship was close to 40k over four years. The big day came and his score was a disappointing 23. Huntington reached the day the scores were released to ask how he did. When we responded with the disappointing news, there was no response. We have not heard from them since. They got there money and ran. I would not recommend the center. The people were nice, helpful, but their learning is super expensive and not worth it. Don't fall for the sales pitch.
