Came to Altitude Trampoline Park on June 8, 2017 and almost lost my life; I was 2-3 millimeters away from being paralyzed. One of Altitude Trampoline Park, GURABO employee/instructor's gave me instruction on how to execute a back flip. I landed on my neck; and the employee saw the whole thing! No one was notified. My daughter saw me laying on the floor and immediately called mommy, that was with me but on the other side. When my wife came running, she saw me laying on the floor. The two employees near me acted as if nothing had happened. She was confused, looking for answers and they didn't care. They're only question was "Do you need an ambulance?" and handed me an ice pack. My wife was confused and didn't know what had happened. They didn't care to say anything! Why? Because, I signed a waiver in SPANISH! The waiver you sign in the beginning allows them to be inhuman! At minimum they could have give me simple instruction such as DON'T MOVE! Tell her the truth, be human and immediately call an ambulance. But, no. They let me get up and walk to my car. Within seconds I was in excruciating pain. My wife had to run back inside and beg for help! We are not from Puerto Rico. Centro Medico Rio Piedras (Hospital) saved my life. Two surgeries later and never once did they follow up, an incident report was made and a simple follow up call was too much to be made.
Llegue a Altitude Trampoline Park el 8 de Junio 2017 y casi pierdo mi vida; Yo estaba 2-3 milímetros de estar paralizado. Uno de Altitude Trampoline Park, empleado / instructor de GURABO me dio instrucciones sobre cómo ejecutar un back flip. Aterricé en mi cuello; Y el empleado vio todo el asunto! Nadie fue notificado. Mi hija me vio tumbado en el suelo e inmediatamente llamó a mamá, que estaba conmigo pero al otro lado. Cuando mi esposa me vio,vino corriendo, y ahi estaba tumbado en el suelo. Los dos empleados cerca de mí actuaron como si nada hubiese pasado. Mi esposa estaba confundida, buscando respuestas y no les importo. Sólo pregunta: "¿Necesitas una ambulancia?" Y me dio un paquete de hielo. Mi esposa estaba confundida y no sabía lo que había sucedido. ¡No les importaba decir nada! ¿Por qué? ¡Porque, firmé una renuncia en ESPAÑOL! ¡La renuncia que usted firma en el principio les permite no ser humanos! ¡En el mínimo podrían haberme dado la instrucción simple tal como NO MOVER! Dile la verdad, sean humano, inmediatamente llama a una ambulancia. Pero no. Me dejaron levantarme y caminar hasta mi carro. En cuestión de segundos tuve un dolor insoportable. Mi esposa tuvo que volver corriendo dentro y rogar por ayuda! No somos de Puerto Rico. Centro Medico Rio Piedras me salvó la vida. Dos cirugías más tarde y nunca nos contactaron para un seguimiento.
