Located in a beat up strip mall. We came here for a birthday party. Overall, it was fun. The place is huge with lots of space. They have a tubing area and even a parkour area, in addition to the several trampolines. They also have some baskets and joust area. There are a couple of arcades. All this is on the first floor. Also on the first floor is the food. The second floor is the birthday zone. This was a bit crazy. It's one area with lots of tables. Each table for a different birthday. There were easily over 6 birthdays going on at the same time. Also on the second floor is an Escape Room, which looked interesting. I've never done an Escape Room. There are two, one in Old San Juan and one at this Altitude Trampoline Park. read more

I took my son here last week. We were both looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have any fun. It was too expensive. For 90 min it was about $24 for one person. That included their socks. Yes, you have to buy their socks even if you bring your own. I didn't like that at all. I ended up standing on the sideline watching him play. When I got home and told my husband, he couldn't believe it either. We went on the website and saw that they deal with memberships. You buy a membership and pay a monthly fee, which isn't much. That makes it more affordable, but you have to commit to a full year. The place is very nice and my son had lots of fun, but unless you are willing to commit to the membership, it's not worth it. read more

1 star because it can't be negative 5 for Altitude Bayamon, Puerto Rico. My son came with trampoline socks which the cashier looked at before collecting payment for 1 hour and a half. Cashier said nothing after seeing the socks. After been jumping for about an hour, a staff came and didn't let our son jump anymore because his trampoline socks were not "Altitude". Staff were as rude as they can be when I stood up for my son and against the staff negative attitude towards us. You get the reviews you deserve. Altitude rips what it sows. read more

You've got your axe throwing for the adults and the playcenter for the whole family. Even the palycenter has age approriate sections. It's lots of fun. You can also host birthday parties here. The axe throwing zone and restaurant & bar are on the second floor. When we went we only tried some appetizers. We got the sliders and meatballs. Both were very good. I would return and recommend.

This place has significantly declined since the change in ownership…read more What used to be a fun, well-organized environment for kids is now poorly managed, understaffed, and disappointing. Previously, parents accompanying young children were given a white bracelet for supervision purposes. Now, parents are required to pay full price just to stand and watch their child, even when they are not participating. This change would be easier to accept if the facility maintained proper staffing and safety standards--but it clearly does not. There is a noticeable lack of organization, insufficient staff presence, and no visible sense of security. I raised these concerns with a supervisor and was met with a dismissive attitude and a generic explanation about being short-staffed. That is not an acceptable justification when it comes to children's safety and customer experience. At this point, I do not feel confident in the safety or management of this facility. I would strongly recommend parents consider better-managed alternatives, such as Vikings Trampoline Park. Extremely disappointing to see how far this place has fallen.
