She told me she had already filed it days prior (without my signature OR consent) so I felt forced to sign. When I finally logged into my ID.me account to check the progress, I noticed she didn't actually file until I signed the documents. She cornered me into signing by lying to me. Last year she also did mine but I didn't know how much I was charged bc I never signed anything at all or saw any documents. Don't recommend unless you want to be scammed.

The 1st time I was told my insurance was due on the 14th with a 10 day grace period I called on the 16th and found out my insurance was cancelled. Infromed them of what I was told got no apology but the did admit they gave me the wrong info it was due on the 4th and I had 10 days grace period from then. Paid to have it reinsated was told everything would be the same called a few days later to make my payment and it changed from $200 a month to $415 a month without me signing any other quotes they rewrote my whole policy. I cannot afford that and did not agree to that but I am not being given any alternatives or even getting the money back I paid to REINSTATE a policy that does not exist.
