I called this location for pointers on how to get it returned or directed to the people that can help. The girl that answered was of zero help. She sounded like she had much more important things to do and when I asked if she could get the customer support number for me she said, "Um, I don't have that right now...." Okay, so go find it? Or ask someone who might know? Don't tell customers that you can't help them. Retail sucks, I know, but do what you can to help out and don't leave it at 'idk, figure it out.' Don't go to this location. I got it figured out with no help from them. Figure out your employee training, guys! So far, not great.

When you ask if there's anything specific I'm looking for and I say I'm just looking, it means I'm just looking and don't want any help at the moment. When you ask if I tell you my goals you can help me find the products I need and I again say I AM JUST LOOKING, it means leave me the hell alone. I know what I am doing. And as I'm looking you kept standing right by me, staring at me, and not giving me any space. Dude, when I say I'll come find you if I have any questions, it means back off and give me space and quit bothering me. I was actually going to spend a fair amount of money on supplements that I needed, but due to your annoyance, lack of personal space, and continuing to ask me questions, I ended up leaving and will be spending my money elsewhere.

I had high hopes for this business, especially given all the positive reviews, but I did not have a…read moregreat experience. I called the office and asked to schedule an appointment after I read the Google reviews, checked out the website, and watched many of the social media videos posted by Dr. Scott. It seemed like he truly wanted to help people and get to the root of the problem (which is why I wanted to see a functional medicine doctor). When I called to schedule an appointment, they said I had to do a discovery call first. It seemed mandatory and not optional, so I found it interesting when one of the first things Dr. Scott said to me was "these discovery calls are a burden on our office." That was the first red flag and I shouldn't have moved forward, but I was really hoping he could help me. I had all the symptoms he mentioned in his videos and was certain I had an autoimmune disease. I paid a $400 fee during the discovery call and was told to go get my blood tested immediately at a certain location. When I tried to go to that particular location, they were temporarily closed, so I scheduled an appointment for the other location at a later date & time because that's all that was available. When I told ChroniCare, they told me to go in to their office and get my blood drawn there instead. Why was this not the first option? After getting my blood drawn, I asked if I needed to reschedule my appointment so they'd have time to go over my results. They said yes and then asked if it would be Zoom or in-person. When I said in-person, they seemed very put off by that. I didn't want to inconvenience anyone, so I opted for a zoom call instead. Before I left, I asked (again) about the waiver they wanted me to sign. It mentioned a company other than ChroniCare and I wanted to know who they were and what they'd be doing with my information. No one ever answered that question. During my appointment via Zoom, Dr. Scott seemed more interested in telling me about his popularity on social media (mainly TikTok) and how he helps patients all around the world instead of talking to me about my problems. This was mentioned in both the discovery call and during my first and only appointment with him. I had to fill out a 23 page questionnaire before the appointment and I feel like he never looked at it. He just looked at my results, told me most of them looked normal, and then seemed put off by the fact that I didn't want to sign up for a 4-6 month program. He also told me that not starting his program and doing this his way wouldn't work for him. I don't know where all of his assumptions came from because he didn't ask me many questions or give me time to talk. If I wanted to say something, I had to interrupt him (which I feel is disrespectful and I don't like doing that). Overall, I didn't have a great experience here and ended up going elsewhere to get the help I needed. I don't recommend this business.
