She mostly either looked down at her lap or just sort of stared at you. First we given the wrong kind of appointment it was supposed to be for medications not just counseling. They do not take our insurance but we decided to just paid for the first visit which was $180.00. It was like just taking that money and burning it, that is how bad the first appointment went. Maybe there other counselors and doctor are better but for a first impression the place is very bad. They made him a second appointment which we are cancelling for sure.

Fortunately I did not set up an appointment with her because she TEXT me instead of calling me. She was not even going to call me unless I could fit into her mediocre hours of 12-4 pm. If you expect a counselor to have communication then find someone else. I'd say that being able to call someone and speak with them is a prerequisite for councelling others on how to communicate. I'm sure that there are plenty of other options with better hours and better people skills.
