Was taken back into the room and told they couldn't massage me because I disclosed on the paper about a medical condition I had that they wouldn't have caught from giving me a massage. They said they didn't have gloves on hand. Which I think should have been there already. Its not like I had Leprosy but I felt like I did when I left there. I made an appointment elsewhere and I will not be coming back here even if they are "prepared" for me. My paperwork wasn't read until 15 minutes before my appointment time and since I don't drive I had to pay $30 to get there.

To add to pandemic anxieties, I drove across the country from California to be with a family member who was dying of cancer. He passed away last month. :( Getting a massage in the midst of all this seemed decadent, maybe even dangerous--the irony being, of course, that I needed a massage more than ever. I know the importance of self-care during times of stress and grief. And my body and heart were both so sore. Ultimately, I decided to put up feelers to see if I could (safely) get a massage while in Pennsylvania. I did a thorough search of massage therapists around Lancaster, and was impressed with what I read about Rebecca at Enci Wellness. Not just her rave reviews, but the fact that she was taking extra precautions to keep herself and her clients safe. I filled out a Covid questionnaire beforehand--which I was happy to do--and Rebecca did a temperature check upon arrival. We both wore masks, and she was attentive and caring as she listened to me talk about my body's aches and pains. Honestly, before I went in, I wasn't sure I'd be able to relax during the massage. I mean, hell--I haven't been touched by anyone other than my partner for the last four months! But the bed was so warm, and the music so soothing, I found myself melting at Rebecca's touch. She was both firm and gentle, checking in with me to make sure the pressure was right, then providing a truly exquisite massage. Let's just say, if you have not had the unique experience of drooling into your own face mask, I highly recommend it. Somehow, Rebecca has managed to carve out a safe space in the midst of a very scary time. She even has hand sanitizer ready when you come out of the room! She gave me a way to heal and care for myself without unnecessary risk. I walked away feeling a million times better, and so very grateful. My recommendation? Treat yourself. You've survived Covid-19. You deserve it!

After seeing the doctor on his second visit they discussed a 6 appt treatment, my husband didn't go back after that. The chiropractor told him that he doesn't 'crack' patients anymore, because it's a dying treatment, WHAT? Every chiropractor that my friends and family go to, specifically go to them to be cracked, but ok? After not getting any relief my husband sought out a doctor and was referred to a different chiropractor. This office also has massage therapists and my husband said the office was always busy, so they must be doing ok despite not having a great chiropractor ‍ it was also clear that the chiropractor has a hand/wrist injury and maybe that is why he doesn't crack patients. Overall would not recommend for chiropractic work.

As a walk-in massage place, particularly great! Once inside it does feel like a little oasis and way more than the outside suggests. They have fountains/plants... quiet, comfortable seating for anyone waiting...super clean and impeccable interior. As far as I'm aware a woman and man work here. I've been here when one or both are working. They are both great. I'd give the woman the slight edge in amazing massage...she also walks on you... tho the fellow is also great and seems to be able to see what really is in need of attention from like a mile away....
