I had Hannah Marie for this appointment and she did an amazing color correction. I wanted to try hair extensions for the first time and they fit me in for the next day with amber and they color matched me right there in the salon! It was such an easy process and Amber did a great job. My last appointment I had Katie Rose and she took my hair extensions out instead of me getting them moved up because I wanted to go lighter. Initially my hair looked darker but they said it would lighten up as it did! My hair is more of an ashy color now which is what I wanted! No more warm tone to it and I'm very pleased! Lori at the front desk is so helpful and sweet and Carmella the owner is so professional and knowledgeable. The salon is so pretty as well so that's always a plus!

After waiting 2 weeks after a reschedule to just be canceled is not only disappointing after taking my hair down but it's frustrating as well so this is not a business I wouldn't recommend because there is no dependability.

I've spent the last two days in a complete NIGHTMARE…read more I went to Meraki Hair Studio and had my hair done by Kameron. I went in with super blonde hair and about a 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch of level 6 regrowth. I simply asked her to melt my natural root into the blonde and throw a few lowlights so I could deal with a lot less maintenance for the next few months. (Also to do the same to my extensions) She quoted me $400-$450 for everything, including re-installing my extensions. I showed her a photo that I had chatgpt generate for inspo. I explained to her that I fully understood that the photo was AI and that I might not leave looking exactly like the photo- however, I did let her know that I still wanted to be BLONDE and I did not want ashy/cool tones. Ultimately, I left hysterically crying. I'll attach photos of everything. She charged me $125, I tipped 20%, because she had offered to "fix" it later in the week. Basically I was so full of emotion, I agreed and went home devastated. Once I got home and stopped crying and really took a look at my hair, I decided I didn't want her to touch it again at all. The result I was left with was MILES from what I requested and honestly I just didn't have faith that she could fix what she had done. I texted her and let her know I just wanted to see about a refund and she let me know only her boss had that authority. She also offered to re-order my extensions (i declined because at that point I wasn't even sure what hair color I'd end up with so trying to match extensions would be another nightmare) Fast forward to today, I speak with the manager and she pretty much tells me that a refund will not be issued because she charged me for the color that was used. I had to have a full on color correction done with another salon to barely fix the mess she made. It was over $600. Not to mention, they still weren't able to remove all the dark color she had put on my hair without damaging it beyond repair. I'm typically not someone to blast a stylist on social media.. but these photos speak for themselves. I just don't want this to happen to someone else.

My hair is super fine and finicky and it breaks easily so it's important that not too much gets cut off because it takes forever to grow back. The stylist listened to what I wanted and actually asked questions to verify she understood. On top of that, the conditioning treatment she used is AMAZING. So far, even after a few washes, my fine hair feels so soft and it's not weighed down at all. I will forever only go to Aveda salons from now on.

My daughter came home explaining it to me and cried so much. She said you were ripping through her hair all over. Combing really hard and getting to tangles and tearing through them, she said last time you did not do that. Also when you want to use thinning shears you should ask if that's ok. A few times back we told you we do not like that but I'm sure you just forgot. She just went through a low iron and a lot of hair loss from it and you used thinning shears everywhere. Her ponytail is very thin now. The cut is pretty but the sides need adjustment. Her curtain bangs are not where she asked but it's ok. You are a very good stylist, but the only thing I can imagine was you not feeling well and was in a rush. Or you used new combs and different detangling conditioner. Please do not frown upon us for being upset. We want to return to your salon and you may not want us as your client because you fear we will be upset but I know there is no other person that has ever given my family such beautiful haircuts before. I do not want to lose that over one bad experience." She did not apologize and said we can come back and she would check her work. She said no one told her not to use thinning shears but she never asked and my 20 year old daughter was there. She never asked. Her hair was 60% thinner to the point my daughter was extremely upset. And the sides were choppy on one side and good on other. She made me an appointment for 6 months from the date. We chose not to get anything fixed and just wait the 6 months. We had a text appointment confirmation. Two days before I called to confirm and she said she did not want to do our hair because we make her nervous. That's ok, it was a lot of complaining, we were upset. But why give us an appointment and cancel last minute? So if you like that kind of stuff go see her. Also I mentioned her possibly not feeling well because before this cut she rescheduled on us three times. Note, when I called to reschedule and she thought I was complaining to a manager she said, " I trained him", implying it will go nowhere.
