I had Hannah Marie for this appointment and she did an amazing color correction. I wanted to try hair extensions for the first time and they fit me in for the next day with amber and they color matched me right there in the salon! It was such an easy process and Amber did a great job. My last appointment I had Katie Rose and she took my hair extensions out instead of me getting them moved up because I wanted to go lighter. Initially my hair looked darker but they said it would lighten up as it did! My hair is more of an ashy color now which is what I wanted! No more warm tone to it and I'm very pleased! Lori at the front desk is so helpful and sweet and Carmella the owner is so professional and knowledgeable. The salon is so pretty as well so that's always a plus!

After waiting 2 weeks after a reschedule to just be canceled is not only disappointing after taking my hair down but it's frustrating as well so this is not a business I wouldn't recommend because there is no dependability.

I did not show up to my next appointment after the condition you left my hair in, I don't think anyone would at that point. You left my hair bronze and gold and you did not even have the respect to text me back when you knew I was unhappy with my hair. I have been with a new stylist who has not had any issues lifting my hair at all. It's one thing to mess up but you should be embarrassed to be dishonest like this.

I figured cutting off at least 5" in the back. Unfortunately, the gal that originally cut it didn't quite understand what I was asking for and cut it way too short, at least 7" and it looked like a regular bob, which is not what I wanted. I waited and spoke with Diane, the owner. I was a mix of sad and angry. Not to mention, on the verge of tears. She listened to me. Her suggestions and comments were very calming and soothing. She put my mind at ease and said she had some ideas. I waited till she was done with her current clients and calmly sat down in her chair. The products used inside are top notch and smell amazing. The interior is clean and modern. I consider myself to be reasonable, and understanding of unexpected events that may cause cancellations or a reschedule of an appointment. However, a week ago, that ended. I had a 12:30 pm Friday appointment. I arrived at the salon and after a brief wait, the receptionist appeared and said she'd been asked to "run" me down and tell me my stylist had cancelled my appointment because she was running late. She said I'd have to reschedule and I had a choice of an early Saturday appointment or wait a week for next available. I chose the following Saturday at 1 pm. I left and went home. I was furious and felt so disrespected. the stylist never contacted me to apologize nor explain what happened. I will cancel both my next appointment and all other scheduled appointments.
