So when I recently found a brand new, unused Aquascutum navy blue trench coat at my local Frip-prix, I knew who I had to look for. These coats usually go for $2000 retail at places like Holt Renfrew or Ogilvy's and while the coat was way too big for me, I just couldn't let such a rare find get away. I came to Natale Tailleur and the elderly Milanese gentleman here did his magic. He altered the coat to fit me without once compromising on the integrity of the quality of the coat. I showed the offers on my phone to the lady working there and she looked at me like I had two heads... she had no idea about either promotion. But she was very nice and agreed to give me 20% off. They did an excellent job and I was very happy with the cleaning. There were several difficult items with stains, a dress with a lot of pleats, and a shirt with metallic accents, all of which came back perfect. I did find them a little pricey compared to the previous place I went, so was glad to have the 20% off. Would go back again since they do a great job and is convenient for me. They also do alterations on site.

Mid-afternoon, I walked over to Nettoyeur Unique Express, where I was greeted in a friendly manner. I explained my predicament, and was assured it would be no problem. I confessed that I had no idea what proper fit should be, and the woman doing alterations patiently helped determine what needed changing. When I asked if I have the altered pants and the cleaned suit by Friday morning, they said yes, and in fact, they could have them ready by Thursday evening. Thursday evening came, everything was ready, the pants fit perfectly, and I looked well-dressed for my meeting. I was very pleased. The work was top notch, it was fast, and reasonably priced.
