It's a lovely family-run business, and you can tell they've been doing this a long time. Everyone is super kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. I've brought in all kinds of things over the years -- scrubs, dresses, shirts, pants -- and they always do a great job. They're very knowledgeable about different fabrics (whether it's thick, stretchy, delicate, etc.), so pricing can vary depending on what you bring in. But they're always upfront and explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. Turnaround time is fast and they're very punctual, but if you're in a real rush, they do offer a fair upcharge for expedited service. Still, I'd definitely recommend giving them at least a week or two, especially if you've got a dance or special event coming up. They'll let you know right away what's realistic and always follow through. Just a heads up -- it's cash or check only, but totally worth the extra step. Couldn't recommend them more!

One side of the dress rests on the ground while the other is a solid inch above it. I mean nobody will notice when I'm in the wedding, but for more than HALF the price of the dress, it's disappointing. I stand by my opinion that for a quick turnaround and a simple job (i.e. my first experience), the prices are reasonable, but for something nicer, I agree with other reviews that I'd steer clear.

However, Men's Warehouse as a whole is getting a HUGE thumbs down from us. Almost every single one of our groomsmen had issues at one location or another. Our suits were discontinued and so we had to pick other suits, then people were given the wrong suits, and it seems like many locations don't read the notes about colors, sizes, dates, etc. We needed a place with many locations so we chose Men's Warehouse, but it was wayyyy too stressful and there were way too many issues. 1/5 stars Again, couldn't say better things about the 2 staff listed above but the company as a whole did not live up to expectations.
