I waited at the deli counter and was completely ignored while five other customers who arrived after me were served immediately. When I asked the manager why I wasn't being helped, I was told the staff was only helping Spanish speaking customers first because their English speaking employee was out. It is incredibly unprofessional to refuse service to a loyal customer based on language. The complete lack of customer service and the insulting excuse from management means I will never be back. I once proudly recommended this market to all my students, moving forward, I will be warning the local culinary community to avoid it entirely.
