The claim was initially denied, as is the case in the majority of claims filed, and a court date was set. It was then I called Bens office and he was able to successfully obtain a rather generous award after a short period of time. While working with him on my claim I came to realize that he possesses a wealth of knowledge about the workers compensation system and always had an answer to any questions or concerns I had. Ben is still diligently working on getting me a lifetime award through another type of claim he filed on my behalf because of the accumulation of injuries I sustained over my 30 plus years with my employer. Unlike the negative reviews that are out there, I can't imagine nor did I ever experience Ben not following up with me after I contacted him or him giving any type of bad advice.
