The female agent that answered the phone would not give me a straight, definitive answer. I asked her to look into this matter further with the parent company and she instead tried to talk me into just paying a large bill out of pocket since my premium would go up. I truly had to advocate for myself due to an employee who seemed to be bothered that I asked her to do her job. Again, I look forward to a follow-up call.
