a few months back i acquired a great deal on a 100wt panel at canadian tire and needed some closing…read morehelp making all components functional. i have an off grid trailer in Saskatchewan. this past summer the mvp for maximum fun was a recreational battery charger that has AV plugins, allowing dvd movie nights etc. i was charging it at home before going out. naturally i was a little intimidated to go into a high end pro shop like Solar Super Store with my modest set up. however the end result was some of the happiest i have been all this year. Dale was welcoming and positive. i totally benefitted from his skill and knowledge. there was no judgment at my small job situation. we problem solved a few things and in less than half an hour i walked out with a system set up that should radically benefit my off grid living. Dale drilled a few hooks and made it that the cord he sold me hooked strait up to the battery pack and the solar panel. i was really stoked and grateful from the solutions achieved. i look forward to accessing my independent system and feeling fantastic from it. i highly recommend solar super store. thanks again for the quantum good vibes!!

I canceled after hearing from the Canada Greener Homes Incentive, paid them the cancellation fee even though I was told that if the loan from the Canada Greener Homes Incentive didn't go through that the agreement would be canceled without any question (another lie). It's mid May 2025 and I have been waiting and given the runaround and every excuse and delay under the sun and it's been over a year, still no refund of my funds. They are a rip off business. If you see them coming . . . run for the hills!!!

The challenge however is that when they do break down, you need to find someone who knows what they are doing to fix them because they are quite different than a traditional hot water tank. I called Super Green because I was not getting any hot water, ever and asked them for a referral to a plumber. I was amazed to find out that I could actually use their plumber and that they had experience with this type of system. The plumber showed up to our call on time and was clean and polite. He was able to fix the problem and even charged me for less time than he was there because the problem took longer to diagnose than he thought it should. This level of professionalism is awesome, I wouldn't hesitate to give Super Green a call if any of the green technology in my house dies, or if I am ready to install something new like a sky light or energy efficient lighting.

This morning I smelled something odd . I found an outlet that was burnt . I immediately unplugged…read moreeverything and took a look . The outlet was burnt pretty bad . I called Mr Electric , after a quick google search. Within 10 minutes of calling, I got a call from their office and a technician would be dispatched soon. Another 10 minutes goes by , I get a call from Gabriel. He will be at my place in 14 minutes. And sure enough, he arrives and immediately went to the outlet. Once he unscrewed it, he found a wire that was fried. He instantly replaced the outlet and the cover and made sure everything worked before leaving. His advice.. and please do this .. UNPLUG space heaters or electric fireplaces when not in use.. it can overload the circuit - BIG TIME ! ( if i was not home, this could have been an electric fire ). Some advice he gave me that I pass on to you. Considering how fast the service ( time from calling to completed work was less than 90 minutes. ) was completed but the price was also very reasonable.. a lot less than what I figured. So if you need any electrical work done, I would highly recommend Mr Electric.
