I worked with Dylan, and he did an absolutely phenomenal job. He was incredibly professional and responsive, with excellent communication both before and during the appointment. I was amazed by the speed and precision with which the tint was applied. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. There were a few tiny bubbles after the installation, and because I'm a perfectionist, I asked if they could be fixed. Dylan addressed every imperfection without hesitation and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. The quality of Tint King's work and their customer service are second to none. It's rare to find a business that stands so firmly behind its work and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. I bought an unlimited car wash membership plan, and suddenly I was not able to access the car wash…read moreas they use an automated car recognition system. I decided to speak to a representative on site, but all of the representatives ignored me and refused to speak to me. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they told me that I was not able to use the system anymore because I did not have a front license plate that was able to be picked up by the system. They even refused to manually redeem the unlimited membership for me despite showing them my active membership status. They also do not offer a barcode or code to enter into the terminal to redeem. They then said there was nothing else they could do to help me and when I reached out to their customer service I find out they don't even have an active email to contact for assistance. Thus, I wasted a $40 membership because THEIR system couldn't not recognize my car. I DO NOT recommend as they are not professional and do not care if you experience any issues. I attempted to reach out via the phone number listed multiple times but only reached a voicemail. I could not cancel the membership because it requires that you contact them, via the number provided, thus I was charged again for a membership I could not use. My only option was to contact my bank to get rid of the charge. In regard to the front license plate requirement, it seems rather restrictive and excluding given not every car has a front license plate especially if the car is registered outside the state of Massachusetts. I recommend that you (the owner) look into a back plate option.
